A clean shop is a sign of a sick mind. The screech is also the perfect tool for older small Honda generators. Years ago, I sold Husky saws. Excellent value for the price.
I just got this saw to replace my old 262. Geeez what a night and day difference! The thing just rips through everything like butter. I was worried about the weight but after using it on a few cords I can safely say it isn’t a problem for me and the power trade off more than makes up for the little extra weight. What a saw.
There’s a certain procedure when running the saw for first time .. read the manual, it has to run a certain RPM to set the auto tune. I have a 572 and it’s a beast!!
I've just bought one today!! After my 372xp blew up!! And I love mt ported and polished 550 xp!! PERFECT FOR LIMBING!! But NOTHING pisses me off MOREr tgen when i loose my scrench in tge woods thats why i always paint them orange!!
Absolutely, fill the bar oil full and grease the nose sprocket on each fill. I have a 455 Husqvarna Rancher, with a 20 inch bar. Works far harder than I can at 70. HAD IT FOR 16 YEARS. It will outlast me...
No mic drop here....just a cut log drop and a ‘Whoo!’ As always Josh informative and entertaining ❤️ Loved the part ‘Breaking the new off of something’ **throws box over shoulder** Awesome real stuff here thank you
I also wanted to let you know that me and my dad started raising chickens and I’ve been watching your videos for about a month now and then finally got my dad to start watching them too...... thanks man👍👍. I Want to get a couple of the fencing shirts but don’t know where to go
The 2-in-1 fuel and oil 🛢 can with 🔧 tool holder for your scrench and files is pretty handy. You can also get tethered caps for the nozzles. Thanks for the video and keep up the great work.
You'll love the pro saw. I have a 372XP and it's sweet. I also have a 455 rancher that I am not too fond of. I have a top handle husky and the 136 husky. I am a husky fan
Hey Josh....the wrench is called a Chainsaw Scrench. Loved the video...I’ll be buying a new saw, to compliment two homelights, soon for the land we’re purchasing. Perfect timing!
What a cool saw😳that saw cuts like right now, I used to use Skil saw’s then we use switch to Homelite but that one takes the cake I’m going to give ya a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sharing that Husqvarna saw. Now I let ya get back to work, thanks for the video.
That tool is named lost because you can never find when you need it. Because you either dropped it while you were cutting a tree or you misplaced it in the garage and can't find it even though you walked past it a hundred times looking for it.
That's why you get one of these fuel cans that locks it in place my brotha...I'm telling ya you'll never regret having that fuel can! It's so awesome...mine is 3 years old now
I'm glad it's H&L supply and not R&L supply... R&L supply has done me wrong a couple times in the past. I refuse to do business with them anymore. I need a new saw for milling. Im thinking a 395xp. I want something in the 90cc range
Yep Josh, I bought one of those husky duel gas cans a long time ago after watching one of your early vids. Truly love it when I run my stihl kombi system. And every time I use that gas can I think of the Stoney Ridge Farm. Note - I had to make a gallon mark on the side of the can but a truly great product. Good stuff bud!
I ordered one of those cans bc of your videos. Love it. Just an fyi, the outboard clutch requires the chain brake to be off to take the cover off but the 572 has an inboard clutch so I don’t think it matters on those since the chain brake is not on the cover. Thanks for the heads up on HL Supply. That site is awesome.
I have no idea what it is called but what I do know is that I enjoy watching your videos regardless of what topic you are covering. I did google it and found out it is called a scrench. A screwdriver and wrench all in one. Now I know. I learn something new all the time from watching your videos.
Oh man you thing it runs good now wait till you get 5-6 tanks through it. The more you run it the better it gets. The other thing that is a must it the husky premix fuel the saw love that “go go juice”. I own the 372XP, 550XP, t540XP and a 435. Once you go XP you never go back. That saw is a ripper!!! I was also strongly suggest picking up a 550xp I call mine “Excalibur” that saw is insane. Have a blast with that saw. I soooo want one!
ive had a 346xp for over 20 years and i have the original bar on it and it still runs like a top by the way you will wear your sprocket out running your chain loose. but do what works best for you
@@StoneyRidgeFarmer you should not the chain is hot and when it cools off it will be super tight. Shouldn't loosen that much unless your running dull saw putting lots of pressure on bar unstead.of letting it cut!
Awesome.. I just started my lawncare company. I've had a husky 455 rancher for a while. I'd love to get my hands on that 572xp... Or any XP for that matter lol..
Scrench is the correct name, but I've always just called it a chainsaw plug wrench or screwdriver for my saws .,, I'm a husky saw guy myself, I've got a older 359 husky farm boss I've used it for years an I bought the 455 rancher because the store didn't have the 460 ,, but I sure hope I win the cap!!!!!
I bought a 450 Rancher for the hell of it from Tractor Supply it wore out in a week they have a clamshell engine design and it melted the plastic where the clamshell bolts into
I can't say anything other than I've been through some of the smaller saws myself...the 460 and above have served me well. A 450 rancher is a consumer grade saw...keep it clean and it won't overheat and break down...this is a far cry from a $300 consumer grade saw my brotha....now....dad still has some Pro Mac saws that were built back when saws were made to last a lifetime
Hey Josh. That scwrench (sp.??) can be used on the sparkplug, bar nuts, and the airbox clamps as well as getting sawdust out of those hard to reach places, ; )
I did not know it could be used for the spark plug, I've been using one for decades to perform all those other tasks. I also use it to turn the oiler screw and tighten the chain. But I always called it the chainsaw tool
Its a schrench. Part screwdriver part wrench. Im think im gonna have to get a 572. Im a lover of saws. Husky especially. I got 2 372s. A 390 A395. Couple old 570s. All mine are full wrap bar saws.
I never cut with a new saw until it gets three tanks on it, mostly at idle. Usually, I just fill them up and let them run dry, or almost dry, before refilling. After the second tank I will use them to cut little limbs and such. For the first two tanks, they get an extra cap of oil in the tank. At the third tank, the get my standard 50:1 mix. I like my new 372 XP, but I am not setting my ms 360 or 440 aside, just yet. Let’s just say it is a lot easier to start than my MS 460. However, it does not have the ability of the 460 - not many saws do. It is a beast, albeit a heavy beast. My 372 is closer to my 440 and 360 than the 460 or my MS 660. I will probably use my 372 as a general purpose big saw, much as I am now doing with my ms 360., now.
Just came across the cops visit video! As a retired code enforcer/ building Inspector! I can sympathize with your concerns? All I can tell you nothing is personal! Only following orders! No matter how ridiculous! Only here its getting worse!
Was hear scrench I was trying to tell you that you had the handle in the locked position. Funny you talking about learning from mistakes when it happened. If I haven't picked up a saw in awhile, I do the same
Those captive nuts should be standard across the board. Nice touch.
watch them nuts, lol safety first
It's a Scrench. I've got a Husqvarna i bought brand new in 1984. Still running strong.
A clean shop is a sign of a sick mind. The screech is also the perfect tool for older small Honda generators. Years ago, I sold Husky saws. Excellent value for the price.

That tool would be a scrench. Carried one for the past 27 years...lol Be blessed and stay safe.

I've got a 372XP - bought it well over 20 years ago - GREAT machine.
Weird as I did some wood scouting today and plan on using my 572xp tomorrow! !!! Never been so excited! !!!
Hi.... Thank you 🎥👍👍👍
It was your chainsaw videos that started me watching your channel years ago! Thanks for taking us along for the ride!
I know I'm late but its a scrench. I run the rancher 455 with 20"/24"..6 years strong..love it@
Husq saws are fantastic. Love my rancher. Now I want this one for sure!
Husqvarna saws are hands down the best saw built. Stihl is nice but heavy as a boat anchor. 572's are a beast.
It's called a Scrench. I only flip my bar after a day of use. 572 is a nice saw that's for sure.
I've had an 550XP for 5-6 years. It's been a great saw. Hope you get many years of reliable use out of yours.
It is a scrench. A must if you own/use a chainsaw. Woooooooo!
I love my 572 XP 24” bar. Best saw I have ever run.
I've just bought one today!! After my 372xp blew up!! And I love mt ported and polished 550 xp!! PERFECT FOR LIMBING!! But NOTHING pisses me off MOREr tgen when i loose my scrench in tge woods thats why i always paint them orange!!
Is it oiling a 24inch bar satisfactory, kindly advise Gunter
@@gunterbecker8528 it oils the 24” without a problem. I’ve had a 32” on it now for about a year and it has done really well with that as well.
love the videos, always fill your bar oil up fully, then you don’t have to worry about it prematurely, bigger saws oil a fair bit more, enjoy the saw!
Absolutely, fill the bar oil full and grease the nose sprocket on each fill. I have a 455 Husqvarna Rancher, with a 20 inch bar. Works far harder than I can at 70. HAD IT FOR 16 YEARS. It will outlast me...
love those cans gave one to my brother. told a guy about them he bought six and christmas was mostly covered for him They really are nice
Great video as I ran a 455 rancher for 16 years (still run it) and bought a 572 last October! !!!!!!
Scrench...looks like a great saw! Would really like to try one like that. Have a great day! 👍

Hi Josh that Husqvarna eats it up. It’s great when you get a new toy to play with. Wooo
Scrench tool.
Love the video's keep up the good work and god bless and stay safe.
scrench... Husqvarna saws are awesome, when I trimmed trees for a living they lasted way longer then other brands.
The 2-in-1 fuel and oil 🛢 can with 🔧 tool holder for your scrench and files is pretty handy. You can also get tethered caps for the nozzles. Thanks for the video and keep up the great work.
It's a combo chainsaw tool.
There is an aftermarket chain tightener that you swap out and adjust from cover plate instead of backside of bar.
It's called a scrench
Hi .Husgvarna 372 xp..Super . Super hard machina . Love Husgvarna ..Pozdrawiam z POLAND .👍👍👍👍👏👏🌳🌲🇵🇱🍺

I've got a 572XP too with a 30'' bar and chain. Needed it for a 30'' tree, it's a beast.
@Treewalker5 Just beatiful.....I think a 32 will be no problem. It's an almost 6hp saw.

The Husquavarna combo can is totally awesome. Best idea ever. I will never not have one again.
I've been around chainsaws my whole life. I never knew the "chainsaw wrench" had a special name. I'm still learning.
It's a scrench!
I'm glad it's H&L supply and not R&L supply... R&L supply has done me wrong a couple times in the past. I refuse to do business with them anymore. I need a new saw for milling. Im thinking a 395xp. I want something in the 90cc range

Awesome Lester. I didn't put a mark on mine...but I know that about 3 3/4 liters is 1 gallon...great idea on putting a mark! I'm doing it today!
It’s called a scrench! Best tool to maintain your chainsaw.

That saw cuts like butter. Nice.

It’s called a bar wrench and you have ran a pro saw the stihl 066 mag id like to see you pick up a Husqvarna 395 Xp that will put a smile on your face
Down here in Alabama we call it a scrench.
Keep that thumb wrapped around the handle, that way if it kicks back your hand has less chance to slip off.
Thanks for the tip...others have said the same thing...I'll remember that for sure brotha

Scrench is the correct term but Hammer if you need it to be one 😆
