today we will prepare an amazing delicious and simple blueberry pie. With this recipe, you will always know how to please your family and quickly prepare something for tea.
200 g butter
300 g flour
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup water
450 g blueberries
lemon zest
80 g sugar
juice of 1 lemon
corn starch 2 tbsp
Chop the butter into pieces, add flour and salt, chop in a food processor or mixer with a paddle attachment, manually rubbing between your fingers without heating the butter.
Add lemon juice and water, collect in a ball.
Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
For the filling: add blueberries and sugar with starch, add lemon juice and zest, mix.
Roll out the dough and put it on the form, form the sides.
Put the berry filling and make a lid on top with the remaining dough.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
