Flameout Oscillating Monitor conversion flange "ALLSCILLATOR"

Prototype of the Flameout "Allsillator". This flange can adapt to almost any fire water monitor and convert it to an oscillating monitor in about 10 minutes. Shown is the flange and drive mechanism connected to an Akron Omega Monitor.
