I lost 5 50/50s pulling for kazuha in my genshin history (lost on 1st, lost then guarantee on 2nd, then lost both 50/50s to get c2). I'm never spending money on this game ever again (:
The power boost from C2 kaz is definitely noticeable though. Idk if I'll do more runs on this rotation, the 2nd half is more of an element check so I'm not rly interested in it.

would you recommend raising kaeya if he was c0 if i want a diluc kaeya comp?

the difference of C0 Kaeya over a C6 one is:
at C2: Kaeya's burst can last up to 15 seconds from 8 seconds. It's basically a never-ending icicles encircling Diluc
at C6: Kaeya's overall damage jump, more consistent cryo application, ER requirement is lessen
So yeah, at C6, Kaeya is not only posing as mobile cryo applicator, but a damage dealer too
If you plan to use him just the way Pulyn used him, better start investing in him now because his constellation is SO hard to get. You need at least 3 years to C6 him if you buy him from the shop. The best to start is now
But if you think you can't afford to wait that long, there are other cryo characters as replacement. It's just that may not get the same result though
