Those blue rings are not compatible on silver colour brake caliper on my Pulsar 180 because those blue rings are bery thick when I compared with my black rings dust seal of my preinstalled factory settings of brake caliper. If I fix the blue rings then the pistons cannot be pushed inside and hence I use the same black riings of dust seal. Both the piston seal and dust seals are black for my brake caliper with factory settings.
This video helped me a lot and saved almost 2000 rs. Of mine. Service center wale to calliper change krne bol diye the but at last aise krne se ban gya mera brake aur smooth ho gya front wheel. Thanks. Plz make this type of informative videos regularly.
I was stuck at road with my pulsar rs full jammed brake and service centre told me to change the whole caliper ,tomorrow going and spending only rs100 .Really thanks bro you saved a lot to my pocket
Best video till date for DIY disk brake repair. Service centers are of no use in these cases. They will just advice you to replace the whole assembly (will cost you more than Rs 2000 including service charges) even in case of minor problems. But through DIY you can repair it just for Rs 200-300 max without replacing the major parts. Major parts like cylinder, assembly lasts almost lifetime. DIY is best. I have learnt many things from these videos. Thank you to all the hardworking teachers.🙏
