- Shrek is back in a brand new DreamWorks Animation kart racing game inspired by Mario Kart. Along with the iconic ogre, we're getting characters from Trolls, How to Train Your Dragon, The Bad Guys, The Boss Baby and more. DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing is one of the titles that helps revive the dying licensed game genre. Published by GameMill Entertainment, it's one of the first major DreamWorks games in a very long time.

This feels almost too good to be true and looks incredible. This time, it's Shrek who's gonna roll the world. With this and Nick All Star Brawl 2, it really feels like listened games are making a comeback. I can't wait for this to release.

I don’t know what’s crazier, the fact that this is DreamWorks’ second crack at a crossover kart racer, or the fact that GameMill is producing a different crossover kart racer.
My dream character is Gloria from Madagascar, which will stay a dream because that franchise has been dead for years.
With that said, Megamind hasn’t been around for years either, and I am extremely happy to see him here!

The baby-fied version (A Little Wild) had its 8th very short season just last year, so not totally dead, though it is close to the nails getting on.
Seeing Megamind as playable character is huge W. Not only that Mr. Wolf actually fits for this Game because well you know he is a good driver
Finally! Shrek returned in an all new All Star Kart Racing... which also marked as the return of Lisenced Gaming, too.
Shrek, Puss and Donkey was my 3 favorite Characters in the Dreamworks Franchise... and I highly respect that.
And the new look on Shrek is awesome, I mean the high quality on him is Super Detailed, too.
Hopefully this game will be awesome when it comes out.

I’m excited for this because as a kid, dreamworks super star kartz was my all time favorite racing game! I played that thing until the disc could physically not work. So as this feels like the spiritual successor to that game I am all for it!

Really cool. I've had fun memories of playing DreamWorks Super Star Kartz on the Wii and I've replayed it again not too long ago. But honestly, this new one feels like it's gonna feature A LOT MORE than in Super Star Kartz, especially in terms of the amount of characters in there.

I don’t care how many kart racing games we get, I just love crossovers and playing as characters from my favorite shows and movies.
Dreamworks Superstar Kartz was one of my 3 childhood kart racers, alongside Mario Kart Wii and Sonic and Sega all stars racing, so I can expect this game will be decent (the Trolls appearing kinda drags me away a bit)

I can't get *Ogre* on how promising this looks.
The new game is giving off Shrek Smash n' Crash Racing vibes and I love it.
What I love about this game, is what it represents.
It's been a long time since licensed videogames were a common thing, and while many of them were just shovelware, there were some genuine gems we all loved to play.
And now with Dreamworks All Star Kart Racing happening, it's such a great news for licensed games and crossovers in general, really, it's been so long too for crossover licensed entries.
Also, that it will include classic franchises like Shrek, beloved ones like Megamind, and recent ones like The Bad Guys (which I loved so much), it says a lot about what the game wants to do.
I really want ruby gillman to be involve in this new dreamworks kart racing game, along with other ruby gillman characters from the movie like her little brother Sam gillman and even Chelsea, oh! And I really want one of the campers from Jurassic world camp Cretaceous to be in this game in some shape or form because this show is owned by dreamworks,and heck! Maybe other characters from other dreamworks tv shows would come into play
These days, it's hard not to be a Mario kart clone. But I'm glad dreamworks is trying to spice it up. Since we haven't had a new Mario kart game in a while.

I was very surprised that DreamWorks is coming back with a new racing game oh well I'm down with this the gameplay doesn't look all that bad but very nostalgic from the past.

I for one want Captain Underpants in Dreamworks All Star Kart Racing.
Who knows? Maybe Universal could make their own Smash Bros style fighting game with Illumination and Dreamworks characters. And maybe throw in Universal Monsters, Doc Brown and Marty, E.T., Blue from Jurassic World, Chucky, and Michael Myers.

I wanna see Ginormica from Monsters vs Aliens as a character you can play as.
Would been nice to see an Adventure mode like in Diddy Kong Racing and Crash Team Racing. Every racing game nowadays either is hyper realistic or it feels like a Mario Kart clone with twists that are focused only on the racing aspect and it gets boring for me. The closest I've been kind of excited for a racing game was new upcoming Hot Wheels game. Give me race tracks with collectables to find to unlock doors in an explorable hub world with some unique missions behind them. I always wanted to see Nintendo pretty much turn the Mission mode from Mario Kart DS into a full on adventure mode, that could be a neat twist, the tracks are the missions with collectables hidden within these tracks. Just put them on creative spots that require thought.
Hmm... I swear a few of these tracks look like some of the ones from the Madagascar Karts game I had on the Wii. Perhaps they're bringing some of those back?

I guarantee we’re getting a Dreamworks fighting game if this All Star Kart gets successful. I know it’s too soon to say this, but hear my out for just a second. With Nickelodeon All Star Brawl getting a sequel, Multiversus getting relaunched in about a year, and rumors about Disney Domination circulating, Dreamworks should totally make their own Smash Bros.

What s a banger to come! I m just desappointed than there s no Rise of the Guardians s characters, but this is only (seriousely, that should be badass to drive Santa s sleed 🤘). And I personnaly think than I will usally drive Mr. Wolf because I am French, and the director of The Bad Guys is from France, and I really wants to run for my colors and my country (ok, this is because his driving level in the movie is over-cheated). DreamWorks doesn't make hand-drawn animated movies or Aardman collaboration movies anymore. The company only made 5 hand-drawn animated movies (Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, The Road to El Dorado, Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas, The Prince of Egypt and Joseph: King of Dreams) and 3 Aardman collaboration movies (Flushed Away, Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit and Chicken Run). There's going to be a new Chicken Run sequel coming from Aardman, but DreamWorks isn't joining in on making it this time. It seems DreamWorks' traditional animation for movies nowadays is CGI and 3D, which I prefer anyway. Anyway, there's also going to be a new park being added to Universal Orlando Resort and that's called DreamWorks land. It's great that DreamWorks is having a Kart Racing game just like Disney and Nickelodeon each have. So far, DreamWorks had produced and made 38 CGI/3D animated movies including the Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans movie. I like the CGI/3D DreamWorks movie best. I think this DreamWorks game will be as fun as the Nickelodeon Kart Racing game and the Disney racing game.
