Things are the same on 1x, 6man and conquest. Wizards, spawned bps all that tea is doin others been doin on 1x and 6man. As long as ppl buy their product and recruit known cheaters it wont change. Plus ark pvp community is small compared to sp and pve. Only way is if ppl dont buy asa

I agree that their base probably was full to the gills with items they couldn't have possibly legitimately farmed in such a short time and probably a cloning chamber or 3 hiding right next to to insane blueprints. Iv played ark for a long time, but mostly Solo, but I can say having a full set of really good blueprints is pretty much impossible, especially in 13 days. And for them all to be the same grade gear, too? I mean.. Unless Tea is being run off something like ChatGPT level AI or something, there's just no way. People have to sleep, eat, work, or go to school.. You just wouldn't have the time to get all those blueprints from grinding in just 13 days. Not unless the RNG God's literally blessed their entire tribe..
Banned right before you got in the base was no accident, they couldn't let all the twitch/TH-cam viewers see all the duped and spawned in god tier blueprints. They 100% would have had some sketchy stuff in that base that would have exposed them so bad that they decided banning 90 people would be less impactful 😂 so glad i switched to Rust awhile ago. Hopefully more people will put their addiction to this game to the side and move on finally. Doesn't matter how many people complain or how much noise is made when they know you'll stay playing the game and pay for all the new dlcs or new games they put out unfortunately
the only way they will feel any consequence is if people don't buy ark 1.5 but at a guess i would say if they don't make enough out of that cash grab of a port and patch then ark 2 will be stopped cause they are probably relying on this to give them enough money to finish it even then it will be less then what they promised and only a half finished game that isnt even an alpha testing quality of a game
Naw I don't play like that anymore but Rust is alot more pvp oriented and you can be at end game pretty fast, unlike ark where you have to grind millions of arb and breed for multiple irl days just to get one dino. You get wiped in rust you just build another 2x1 for casual pvp (depending on your play style) or just enjoy the rest of the week doing other things until force wipe. Personally I've never felt the need to stay up all night protecting my Rust loot unlike I did for ark. In rust you just lose out on acouple days of progression, but in ark you're losing out on months and months of work.

If you guys were banned without breaching any actual TOS you should collectively sue Snail Games... especially since a bunch of you were predominantly Ark content creators. You can hit them where it hurts, while their stock price is already horrendously low.
unfortunately its impossible to win, they have TOS on the servers too so theres a bunch of stuff you cant do but we normally do, shockist built a bridge of crops which means floating structures, something that breaks TOs, they could mention that and shockist would lost in court.
@@MidnightPausch It 100% can go far, get a judgment then put a lien on their property. If they have offices or assets outside of China, they'll lose the asset in an auction. This includes ARK itself. That means outside of China the release of ARK 2 would be completely mothballed. Epic couldn't do business with the IP under Snail. Same with Steam and most other store fronts.
This needs more attention and proper investigating by wildcard, quite frankly it makes me want nothing to do with Ark as long as snail games are involved with it. Good on you for persisting and exposing these cheaters
its like you investigating your employer and trying to stop them its not gonna happen. the only way to stop them is to not buy ark 1.5 they then flop as a company cause we all know they don't have the funds to make ark 2 with out everyone buying 1.5 which we all know they aren't going to fix anything in the game like the meshing, bugs, cheats its just a graphical upgrade. Its time to stop playing ark and move on to other games let snail and wild card die and maybe someone can buy the rights to it later on and actually make a decent game out of it then
You can sue video games that falsely banned you for no reason. EULA usually has a company covered but if their advertising or license agreement was outright misleading, you might be able to take part in a class action law with other users
they should 100% do this, the studio and devs deserve to be punished and possibly even have their business taken down. they have proved that they CANNOT stand proudly with honor and dignity as a company and therefore should be pushed out of the market. children belong in the kiddy pool not in the big pool with all the mature grown-ups.
Suing in grounds or eupa when they are nit solid in court at best of times fue to the fact you buy the game first the law in many places has dictated unless u given the contract before you buy the game if u give the contract after then its deemed misleadingg allready
@@demonic_myst4503 depending on where the game is being sold they actually can be sued and since its being sold in most countries, a lot of people can fight this. they were not only cheating against players in a competitive PvP server, they actively went to a known hacker to cheat for them. so not only did they hire a hacker, they re-rolled the server back multiple times AND then banned these players, all in order to prevent the secret of their artificially inflated armory from getting out.
Wildcard needs a new publisher, cheating devs aren’t good optics when your neck deep in development of a pivotal title release. By the time the do anything, it’s gonna be too late

i heard about this. we've had our own experiences like this on xbox with a certain group of people. we never had anything approaching this mush evidence tho. its really sad to see the game in this state after nearly 8 years of time put in. ive given up at this point but i appreciate eveything you guys are doing to bring this to light. the players (even the toxic ones) dont deserve to be treated this way by the developer.

Amazing stuff you all do, committing so much coordination, so many hours, and so much time into exposing the corruption at the core of official PVP. To hell with TEA and Snail games, the corruption has always been there and it's still just as sickening as before, here's hoping this light being shined on it finally spurs someone to do SOMETHING. Sadly, most PVErs just don't care about PVP, but I still cling to hope that some justice will be done.

Thing is, second money is involved, greedy bastards will do ANYTHING for that money, the whole roblox situation is a pretty good example of that. As much as i hate to frame it like this....every single interaction ive had with gaming and chinese players has been like this in mutiple games from mobile, console, and pc.

@@alejandropinto1399 unfortunately that’s 1: not how it works and 2: not that easy. You can’t just ban the owners of the game, wildcard might develop the game but snail games publishes it and owns a large portion of it.
If enough of a furor is made by the cimmunity over this there is no way that TEAs pocket devs will make it to the ASA servers. Honestly they messed this one up if they want to play 1x in ASA, EVERYONE is going to want to wipe them.
I was a part of the Mega Tribe coalition to wipe TEA years ago (probably was the 2018 he quoted) We had to have wiped them at least 4-5 times. Every time the servers became so laggy it was unbearable, and it would without fail be back to before their base was wiped. 2 of the times a Dev came on and said to "stop" because they were going to be "rolling back servers". On the final rollback Everyone who was part of the raid lost everything in upload, all placed structures, etc. Still came back, wiped them one more time...Guess whose base was back when we scouted it, and was missing nothing? :) EVERYONE WANTED to wipe them, and it was still impossible. Unless WC put their foots down and don't allow ANYONE from Snail to have access to a(n) Admin/Privileged account, as well as actually bans them for cheating (they scream aimbot yet do it themselves, on top of other cheats),nothing will change.
Snails dev team on conquest isn't affiliated with Wildcard it is entirely composed of Snail Games employees. I do not expect TEA to have their devs on ASA because of this. Wildcard doesn't want them to have control over official servers (but they can't just cut them out of the game since they are in a legal contract with Snail Games) that's why they made Conquest/Classic. So Wildcards official servers won't have people with an unfair advantage on them and their publisher won't try and punish them. This is why Conquest/Classic bans don't apply to main official. Wildcard knows that Conquest/Classic is corrupt.

Wildcard saw the negative press they were getting from TEA and decided to separate them from the official servers (this isn't confirmed but it is the most likely story). They dev wiped TEA. It is fairly obvious that they don't want a situation like what happened to continue happening either on ARK 1 or ASA.

On smalls (Pre extinction), it took me nearly a year of hitting drops everyday on east lava cave, on center for a year. To get a full set of 500+ dura apprentice flak bps.
This is like if you went to a GM Chess tournament, made it to the final round, find out your opponent is also the tournament organizer and arbiter and 1-3 moves before you win the opponent flips the table, accuses you of cheating and then bans you from all Chess activities unless you change your name. Now imagine that pro chess is your career which means you were effectively booted out of your profession, which is financial damages and hardship. Because that's what happened to the content creators: lost revenue. That's how I'd explain it to the judge.
The issue with that argument is that the game of chess isnt owned by anyone. Ark is. So even though you have a case maybe in court, the financial cost would outweigh the damages. There's a lot of mitigation. Their career is streaming and entertaining and they'd have to argue they can only entertain through ARK. They'd have to wade through logs of accusations and counter suits which snail would throw at them. Best thing to do is boycott their product.

I seen over 4 vids of this and Honestly, eversince the Bomb review on Ark and eversince the announcement of ASA, Push back of Ark 2 and more, to see people on steam downvoting Ark and warning others to save their money and not buy because ASA is coming... i quit ark couple years ago for gettign meshed and then dev wiped 2 times in a row by a random admin i never cheated i loved ark and this is the state its come to sad to see such a good potiential game.
I never got into this game but heard that it was quite fun but it baffles me that admins(or players with admin power) are allowed to play competitively and that it is not frowned upon. If you look at other games like Rust or DayZ the rule #1 is that admins are not allowed to play unless they are hosting a special event or something like that. Why are people playing on those servers if admins are playing and obviously abusing their powers?

Was kind of already planning on boycotting Ark 1.5 and Ark 2 unless on sale or for free because well i've played since day 1 and already kind of know wildcards history and hell look at Atlas(for the people who say it's not the same studio get real lol) also never fixing some bugs like reloading in Ark. I have nearly 7K hours into Ark, but after seeing this, along with numerous other videos discussing Snail's corruption, I will be uninstalling Ark. I cannot stand cheaters nor greed.

TEA is built on server 2118 (NA island) for ASA. Its all the same people and names from this video. Steam accounts loaded with VAC ban histories. They are on blue ob for now. Tried building in pack but they did the rocket cheese for turrets at 6am / china prime time.
im very angry with this situation. almost 10k hours ingame and almost 2 years without playing this game, cause the cheaters and neglet from this company. instead of fix the game, they abuse on legit players/content creators. in 7 years, yesterday wrote a very negative review, is the only thing that i can do to support you. So far we have heard and read almost only bad things about Snail and their connections. Before we put money in our hands and buy the game (Ark 2) we expect at least one statement. We have also had bad experiences with the TEA group (Player Ban). The community must stick together.
As a Admin on my own Server I can only say that I have not seen anything like this before ...😢Sad Day... mb somebody should tell them Ark is a Game... looks they didnt go out of their Nursery😅
They do this on Atlas aswell. The devs play the game and put in duping exploits early in the season then ban people who also used it but not there companies. If you attack them your company is banned. If you mention any of this in discord you get erased. It is very sad
That ARK: Survival Evolved is a corrupt game publisher have been known by everyone that play officials for so many years. People getting banned while not doing nothing ilegal, people getting dev wiped by a dev that get pays real money, etc.

This is not the 1st time or the last time these Devs have done this! Look into Spartans vs NoNoNo the 2 biggest tribes in Ark went at it over 5 years ago and we Spartans over 200 of us got banned because Devs was on No No No. The exact same issue we took their base and main server wiped them, then they rolled back our 72hr raid. We had videos and proof of the raid and Devs watching during the raid. I also have tweets and messages from a dev on how other devs in No No No got us banned. I use to work with them back in SOTF alpha days and know Exactly who did this. No names but if you find my tweets and messages in the forums you can see the corrupt Devs names. But it's a WildCard thing they don't Give A Fk and let them ruin the game. "Frank, Blue, X The OGs Spartans"

I 100% agree, bit the flak bps have all 50 crafting skill and got 800 dura which means bp is like 550-600 As a smalls player uk that there r insane bps out, oc they r mostly duped but its deffo doable. Still kinda sus they all apprentice

ive experienced this same thing on the mobile server a long time ago when Ark hit mobile, no surprise it happens on the main game as well. Sorry they did this to you and your tribe but it has secured my choice to NOT buy Ark 2 and to petition for this said tribe to be banned across ALL servers. They are the ruining factor that new players run into the game and decide never to play again. Sad its the games own publishers and devs...
Competitive gaming used to be so different many years ago. Some of the most ruthless pvp groups had strict honor codes, you would find yourself booted if you trash talked a lot and were instructed to use only chatter like "good fight" in local. Sure there were cheaters out there and most any of the large groups would distance themselves from that if at all possible. Basically: Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. A publisher for a very difficult PVP game should have been conducting themselves in a far better manner and embraced that people were still pvp'ing in the game that paid their salary...Shame on them and I most likely won't spend another dime on that game because of it. Nothing worse then corruption at the highest level, Wildcard might want to address this issue before Ark 2 Tanks and most everyone is already up in arms about the whole official server debacle.
Don't buy anymore Snailgames stuff. This is how they treat their own players and content creators. Wildcard never addresses the big issues that have existed since release. Let it die. The sad truth is people will continue to support, play and record it because ARK is a one of a kind, and this makes the publisher and devs feel like there is no consequences for being as corrupt as they are.
I love ark so much but I'm so extremely saddened to see the state Ark and Wildcard/Snail Games have been displaying with development and management. I really do hope ASA comes out to be what Ark Survival Evolved should/should've been.
it wont ASA will be ark with some better graphics that's it they aren't fixing any problems with the game like the reloading bug or meshing or duping its a quick cash grab to get the funds to make ark 2 because they are broke now and don't have the funds to finish it or even half finish it to be able to release it as a beta test

its funny cause every season of conquest ends this way, all the tribes fight and then the last tribe fights tea and gets banned

Personally I've never felt the need to stay up all night protecting my Rust loot unlike I did for ark. In rust you just lose out on acouple days of progression, but in ark you're losing out on months and months of work.

If you guys were banned without breaching any actual TOS you should collectively sue Snail Games... especially since a bunch of you were predominantly Ark content creators. You can hit them where it hurts, while their stock price is already horrendously low.

unfortunately its impossible to win, they have TOS on the servers too so theres a bunch of stuff you cant do but we normally do, shockist built a bridge of crops which means floating structures, something that breaks TOs, they could mention that and shockist would lost in court.
@@MidnightPausch It 100% can go far, get a judgment then put a lien on their property. If they have offices or assets outside of China, they'll lose the asset in an auction. This includes ARK itself.
That means outside of China the release of ARK 2 would be completely mothballed. Epic couldn't do business with the IP under Snail. Same with Steam and most other store fronts.

You can sue video games that falsely banned you for no reason. EULA usually has a company covered but if their advertising or license agreement was outright misleading, you might be able to take part in a class action law with other users

@@demonic_myst4503 depending on where the game is being sold they actually can be sued and since its being sold in most countries, a lot of people can fight this. they were not only cheating against players in a competitive PvP server, they actively went to a known hacker to cheat for them. so not only did they hire a hacker, they re-rolled the server back multiple times AND then banned these players, all in order to prevent the secret of their artificially inflated armory from getting out.
Wildcard needs a new publisher, cheating devs aren’t good optics when your neck deep in development of a pivotal title release. By the time the do anything, it’s gonna be too late

i heard about this. we've had our own experiences like this on xbox with a certain group of people. we never had anything approaching this mush evidence tho. its really sad to see the game in this state after nearly 8 years of time put in. ive given up at this point but i appreciate eveything you guys are doing to bring this to light. the players (even the toxic ones) dont deserve to be treated this way by the developer.

Amazing stuff you all do, committing so much coordination, so many hours, and so much time into exposing the corruption at the core of official PVP. To hell with TEA and Snail games, the corruption has always been there and it's still just as sickening as before, here's hoping this light being shined on it finally spurs someone to do SOMETHING.

If enough of a furor is made by the cimmunity over this there is no way that TEAs pocket devs will make it to the ASA servers. Honestly they messed this one up if they want to play 1x in ASA, EVERYONE is going to want to wipe them.
I was a part of the Mega Tribe coalition to wipe TEA years ago (probably was the 2018 he quoted) We had to have wiped them at least 4-5 times. Every time the servers became so laggy it was unbearable, and it would without fail be back to before their base was wiped. 2 of the times a Dev came on and said to "stop" because they were going to be "rolling back servers".
On the final rollback Everyone who was part of the raid lost everything in upload, all placed structures, etc. Still came back, wiped them one more time...Guess whose base was back when we scouted it, and was missing nothing? :)
EVERYONE WANTED to wipe them, and it was still impossible. Unless WC put their foots down and don't allow ANYONE from Snail to have access to a(n) Admin/Privileged account, as well as actually bans them for cheating (they scream aimbot yet do it themselves, on top of other cheats),nothing will change.

Snails dev team on conquest isn't affiliated with Wildcard it is entirely composed of Snail Games employees. I do not expect TEA to have their devs on ASA because of this. Wildcard doesn't want them to have control over official servers (but they can't just cut them out of the game since they are in a legal contract with Snail Games) that's why they made Conquest/Classic. So Wildcards official servers won't have people with an unfair advantage on them and their publisher won't try and punish them. This is why Conquest/Classic bans don't apply to main official. Wildcard knows that Conquest/Classic is corrupt.

Wildcard saw the negative press they were getting from TEA and decided to separate them from the official servers (this isn't confirmed but it is the most likely story). They dev wiped TEA. It is fairly obvious that they don't want a situation like what happened to continue happening either on ARK 1 or ASA.
I hope the devs stop this shit and give us a fair game that's all we want

On smalls (Pre extinction), it took me nearly a year of hitting drops everyday on east lava cave, on center for a year. To get a full set of 500+ dura apprentice flak bps.
I would love to see this play out in Court as it look's like a strong case of Cheating by the server management.
This is like if you went to a GM Chess tournament, made it to the final round, find out your opponent is also the tournament organizer and arbiter and 1-3 moves before you win the opponent flips the table, accuses you of cheating and then bans you from all Chess activities unless you change your name.
Now imagine that pro chess is your career which means you were effectively booted out of your profession, which is financial damages and hardship. Because that's what happened to the content creators: lost revenue.
That's how I'd explain it to the judge.
The issue with that argument is that the game of chess isnt owned by anyone. Ark is. So even though you have a case maybe in court, the financial cost would outweigh the damages.
There's a lot of mitigation. Their career is streaming and entertaining and they'd have to argue they can only entertain through ARK. They'd have to wade through logs of accusations and counter suits which snail would throw at them.
Best thing to do is boycott their product.

i quit ark couple years ago for gettign meshed and then dev wiped 2 times in a row by a random admin i never cheated i loved ark and this is the state its come to sad to see such a good potiential game.
I never got into this game but heard that it was quite fun but it baffles me that admins(or players with admin power) are allowed to play competitively and that it is not frowned upon. If you look at other games like Rust or DayZ the rule #1 is that admins are not allowed to play unless they are hosting a special event or something like that. Why are people playing on those servers if admins are playing and obviously abusing their powers?

I have nearly 7K hours into Ark, but after seeing this, along with numerous other videos discussing Snail's corruption, I will be uninstalling Ark. I cannot stand cheaters nor greed.
Imagine Blizzard staff running a PvP guild in WoW and banning anyone who beat them in Arenas and BG's....jeebus. Really wanted to get into ARK but I think I'll be staying with my other survival craft games.

TEA is built on server 2118 (NA island) for ASA. Its all the same people and names from this video. Steam accounts loaded with VAC ban histories. They are on blue ob for now. Tried building in pack but they did the rocket cheese for turrets at 6am / china prime time.
You would think wildcard could look at their logs n see how much stuff gets spawned in or server roll back

Before we put money in our hands and buy the game (Ark 2) we expect at least one statement.

They do this on Atlas aswell. The devs play the game and put in duping exploits early in the season then ban people who also used it but not there companies. If you attack them your company is banned. If you mention any of this in discord you get erased. It is very sad
That ARK: Survival Evolved is a corrupt game publisher have been known by everyone that play officials for so many years. People getting banned while not doing nothing ilegal, people getting dev wiped by a dev that get pays real money, etc.

This is not the 1st time or the last time these Devs have done this! Look into Spartans vs NoNoNo the 2 biggest tribes in Ark went at it over 5 years ago and we Spartans over 200 of us got banned because Devs was on No No No. The exact same issue we took their base and main server wiped them, then they rolled back our 72hr raid. We had videos and proof of the raid and Devs watching during the raid. I also have tweets and messages from a dev on how other devs in No No No got us banned. I use to work with them back in SOTF alpha days and know Exactly who did this. No names but if you find my tweets and messages in the forums you can see the corrupt Devs names. But it's a WildCard thing they don't Give A Fk and let them ruin the game. "Frank, Blue, X The OGs Spartans"

ive experienced this same thing on the mobile server a long time ago when Ark hit mobile, no surprise it happens on the main game as well. Sorry they did this to you and your tribe but it has secured my choice to NOT buy Ark 2 and to petition for this said tribe to be banned across ALL servers. Competitive gaming used to be so different many years ago. Some of the most ruthless pvp groups had strict honor codes, you would find yourself booted if you trash talked a lot and were instructed to use only chatter like "good fight" in local. Sure there were cheaters out there and most any of the large groups would distance themselves from that if at all possible.
Basically: Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. A publisher for a very difficult PVP game should have been conducting themselves in a far better manner and embraced that people were still pvp'ing in the game that paid their salary...Shame on them and I most likely won't spend another dime on that game because of it. Nothing worse then corruption at the highest level, Wildcard might want to address this issue before Ark 2 Tanks and most everyone is already up in arms about the whole official server debacle.

I love ark so much but I'm so extremely saddened to see the state Ark and Wildcard/Snail Games have been displaying with development and management. I really do hope ASA comes out to be what Ark Survival Evolved should/should've been.
