How long is the charging time and how long can you use it?
I usually charge it for about 2 hours, but that’s because I don’t usually let it run completely out of battery. Online, it says 3 hours for a full charge.
I’m not sure how long a full charge will last because I almost never use up all the battery, but I’d say you can make at least 4-5 blended drinks without recharging :)

I got a problem with this stuff. The problem is that doesn’t work although it was charged over the night. The flashlight is always red. What's seemed to be problem? Please advice.
Hi Ven! I would recommend checking first if your USB plug has a high enough voltage. Sometimes if the USB port is not producing a strong enough current, devices won't charge. If you have a fast-charging USB adaptor, you can try that. If it still doesn't work, I'm afraid your unit might be defective and you'll have to contact Deerma or the seller where you got it :(
@@livinlavidatita Yup, thanks a lot for your comment. I thin it could be helpful. I have tried several time differently. As for a last try, it is charging with a fast USB adaptor.

What is the rubber ring for?. Do you know
The rubber ring creates an air-tight seal so that whatever you’re blending doesn’t spill out :)
It's sits on the inner base.
Mine on and off when I blend, so I have to push the button all the time and idk what’s wrong with it😢
It could be that something is getting stuck or stopping the blade from moving properly. The blender will stop automatically as a safety feature if it senses that something is stuck in the blade part or if the blender is not sealed properly
Why don’t you just put soap and water then blend it for cleaning?
Because whatever I blend usually gets under the gray rubber seal or onto the sides of the blender when I open the bottle :)

Possible din po baka hindi naka-insert ng maayos yung gray na rubber seal kaya ayaw magsara ng maayos :)
Does it blend nuts
I haven’t tried nuts, but my guess is that this won’t be powerful enough to make nut butter if that’s what you’re looking for. A food processor or even a spice grinder might be better for that purpose.

Try charging it. Baka low batt lang :) If that still doesn’t work, I’d recommend trying to contact Deerma or the seller you bought from for help

@@michelle.lopez34 If you're sure that it's charged enough, it might be that there's something getting in the way of the cup sealing properly with the blender base. Sometimes if the rubber seal isn't pushed in all the way it can cause issues. If you've blended fruit or something fibrous before, try checking also if there are any fibers stuck in the blade that are preventing it from rotating properly. If those still don't work, you can try contacting Deerma directly for help. I found this website online but it's only for the Philippines: deerma.ph/contact-us/

Hi, is your blender still working? How is it long term?
Hi, unfortunately I stopped taking protein shakes a while back so I haven’t used the blender in a long time. But by the time I had used it for around 1 year I think, it still seemed okay. But please note I did not use it very heavily. The hardest thing I put in it was usually just ice cubes.

why not just blend using soapy water to clean it
When you unscrew the cup from the blender base, liquid gets under the rubber seal and that won’t be cleaned if you just blend soapy water :)

Legit naman po :) I still have the blender today with no issues. Wala lang nga po silang physical store dito sa PH so walang mga warranty or service center from what I know.
It is the economical line of Xiaomi!
