    It is the time plus the understanding level of the customers. There are some skilled people with good psychological skills and there are also narrow minded psychological results that lead nowwhere. It doesnt matter cost, place but it is the level of intelligence that helps in earning coustumers and loyality. Once a coustumer is is disgusted by methods and products will never go to repeat that experience or buy that product. It is behaviorism.
