- Hello guys, how r u all? I am Shyamsundar Dandapat and I work as CLERK in UCO BANK 🏦.. In my last video some of u wanted to know about the latest salary of IBPS CLERK after 12th Bipartite Settlement... So here is my latest salary slip of JUNE month 2024 and I have covered the ALLOWANCES also.. This is the salary after exactly 2 Years of service ...

Why is ibps getting more salary than SBI? 😢
Not more Actually.. They enjoy much more perks and Allowances and officers get much more salary also..
Beacuse they sbi deduct money for epf and they pay by themeselves also like nps. And as usual nps deduction is also there , technically they gets more😅.
Sir new joinee sbi clerk ko 2 increment extra milte hai fir bhi uska basic pay 26730 kyu hai aapke jitna hona chaiye na
We all get same 2 increments in all PSBs for graduation..so our starting basic is 26730 in all the public sector banks.. only SBI POs enjoy two more increments at the joining level than the other PSBs..Hope I have cleared your doubt..
Sbi clerks also get two increments for graduation
Can we consider ibps clerk is a government job?
It's a Public sector job which is similar to Govt Job. So u can consider this job as Government job..

That's very complicated calculation.. even I don't understand that properly..
Simply I'm explaining u that previous DA has merged with the basic pay in the new Bipartite Settlement..So new basic has increased and they have set a new DA (15.97%) as per some very complicated calculation. Now this DA will increase timely..

Generally DA increases in every quarter.. but that is not mandatory..If DA increases regularly we can see around 1.5k salary increment in a year apart from annual increment..

Honours ka overall percentage dalna hai.. Commutative percentage of your degree
Festival adv. Kyu deduct hota ye samaj nhi aaya. Kya iske jagah kuch provide karte hai ? Solve my query.
Festival advance is kind of interest free loan which I took last year during Durga Puja... I took 21000 rs ... So bank is deducting that loan EMI in 10 equal installments, 2100 rs per month... After 10 months it will be over... It's interest free..
Can u tell me how much arrear amt you got after all deduction??

I prepared for around 10 months to 1 year .. it was self preparation only..I didn't prepare for any other exam before...Before that I worked as a software engineer for only 3 months🤩 just after completion of my B.Tech....

Ibps clerk examination hall mei woh rough page and pen dete hau qki hume toh allowed nhi as per their instructions
Yes they will provide u rough pages📃📄 as many as u want.. but u must carry your own pen... Generally they don't provide pen 🖋️🖊️

For new joinee OA( Clerical) the gross will touch 45-46k.. and for new joinee PO (Officer) the gross will be around 77k..

If u want better career growth and more facilities join SBI.. If u want comparatively better work life balance join UCO bank.. Salary is almost same in both the banks

eak increment main kitne add hote han
I got total 2 increments... Approx 1650 basic will increase and approx 2700 gross will be added in each increment... After first 3 increments it will be bit higher

What about petrol allowance ?
We don't get separate petrol allowance in UCO bank.. we get that in the name of Conveyance Allowance.. but that is just a negligible amount of 400 rs monthly 😟

For new joinee gross is around 43k-44k and in-hand is around 40k... And Allowances are same as mentioned in the video..
Petrol milta hai Kya??
No.. Clerks in UCO bank don't get seperate petrol allowance.. we just get Conveyance Allowance of just 400 rs monthly 😞instead of petrol allowance..

Being a former software Engineer I strongly agree with your point.. Software Engineers earn far more than this... But at the era of unemployment even this salary is dream of lakhs of aspirants 🙏

50 ke bad software engineer ka koi future nhi hoga... Or inka 50 ke bad sabse zyada salary hoga... Bcz of automation and AI interference... Or software sector me 10-15% log hi bht zyada milta he bakio ka inhand dekhlio... Bcz highly skilled ko hi milta he 1lakh+ in hand
