See... it's your perspective and needs that makes your job meaningful or not... currently its 5:28 pm and i am sitting at my room after my job..i left my branch at 4:55 pm..i am posted 210 kms away from my home in a semi urban area...you can get posting near your home and can stay in branch till 7pm and also you can get ur posting far from your hometown and maintain work life balance to..In sbi JA you can control your work life balance..at officer scale it becomes quite difficult.. Don't form an opinion about the job listening to others..every job has some positives and some negatives as well.. If you are in a need of a job..you ll somehow join it.. otherwise if u have some better option then go for that.. Lastly i ll say ki SBI is far better than any other PSBs if u look from growth, reputation and monetary aspects...good luck 🤞

I haven't compared my salary slip to any of them..so i don't know much about increments..but as per my knowledge basic salary remains same for every new joinee of all banks.. difference arises in the allowances of a particular organisation

Yes when you report in administrative office..kindly let it know to your manager hr about your husband's work location..he ll manage to give you posting in the same district so that you both can stay together

Why sbi is not paying special pay 1970 for junior associate like all other ibps banks as sanctioned in 12th bps. Special pay new should be additional in sbi. Otherwise sbi ja will be take less special pay than ibps clerk even after sbi internal settlement

For your kind information, till 11 bps there was no special pay for clerks in ibps banks, whereas sbi was paying special pay new, but in 12th bps special pay introduced for ibps clerks. So it was expected that sbi will continue to pay special pay new allowance in addition to special pay for clerk introduced in 12 bps, but on ground now a new ibps clerk drawing special pay 1970 whereas a new sbi ja drawing special pay new 500. And even after sbi internal settlement declared on 15th July special pay new for new sbi ja increased to 1200 only from 500, a difference of 770 from ibps clerk. Further you are talking about after one year it will increase to 2500 which in ibps clerk will increase to 3050 after one year. Thank you for your response.

Sir,this will itself be the salary of a new joinee..your epf contribution will not be done for initial 6 months..so in that case you'll get 2k more than the net salary shown in the video
SBI JA is contributing in PF also, which isn't the case with IBPS PSB banks..so still SBI JA>IBPS clerk Also SBI JA gives Petrol contribution of 20L which is the highest among all the clerical posts of all the banks

Depends in region alloted and Hr of that region.. usually they give ruaral posting to freshers
