I was mostly disturbed by the dust floating around in there. You don't want to be breathing that in in such a confined space. In that regard the spider webs are actually helpful, since they catch and hold dust.
I'm huge into Rc and I'm just suggesting, that old ammo cans are the perfect holder for lipo batts. They also make lipo bags, designed for safely storing your batteries.

Professional lipo cases release combustion gases in a controlled manner without letting flames shoot out. The lipo bags follow the same principle, let the gases escape, try to contain heat and flames.
Word of wisdom inspired/stolen from the Flite Test crew, throw your LiPos in a steel ammo can with the lids gasket removed & set on a cement paver. its a good fire proof container on a fire proof surface. I keep all mine in a ammo can with the gasket still present and I'm pretty comfortable with it.
My favorite part about Seth is that he doesn’t hide his regrets, and doesn’t say everything is amazing when he wishes he could of done something better👍

I feel your pain coming down the stairs... I had my femur crushed in a work accident last year. 18in titanium rod and 13 months later I'm still recovering. The confidence and strength will come with time and work man keep up those good spirits

No, they won't. Just about all of them are garbage. A fireproof metal container that's being stored far enough away from any flammable stuff and close enough to where the toxic smoke can vent is a much, *MUCH* safer option.

The best helmet I know is the Fox Speed-frame Pro. But with round about 150 this ain’t cheap😂 but you can also buy the „normal“ Speedframe wich is just less fancy😉. Hope this helps. Greetings from Germany. 😁

There are ways to expand your table saw capacity... Easiest way is to route two tracks on the work table to the right of the table saw (need to be perpendicular to your table saw blade) by use either Microjig matchfit (better) or T tracks system. Then you can just make a fence that you can move right and left to allow cuts almost up to the width of the worktable.
Love the updates! The office looks a lot better- good thinking getting your wife in on the decorating. I loved seeing the fan art and knowing that it is special to you. One suggestion for the sound booth- maybe swiffer out some of the cobwebs when you have a chance 😆(that would totally be something that would need to be said to me, though)? Oscar content is always great! I have dilemmas on where to put awesome stickers, too. We’re picking up a Boston terrier puppy tomorrow and we’re so excited! Best wishes on the recovery and baby proofing and life in general!
A thought for making the recording booth easier - Make the stairs movable and then put a door that is hidden when you put the stairs back. The stairs can be hooked back to the wall to make sure it's safe and doesn't move accidentally. Keeps the same look of being hidden but adds accessibility for you and reduces risk of re-injury :)
