HEY BOYS (gamers) (gaming) it is me HARMNONE (harmnone) here to play gta5 (gta 5) (gta online) I recently purchased an iPhone 13 from (mrbossftw) (he was illegally selling them :D) as I walked down MAIN STREET towards MADISON SQUARE GARDEN I stumbled across LEBRON JAMES (wow, incredible) he was in the middle of getting DUNKED ON by MICHAEL JORDAN (MJ) because even at 780 years old MICHAEL JORDAN is still a much better player than Bron (it's true) as I walked I saw a billboard featuring EST GEE & 42 DUGG (two of the greatest rappers alive) advertising their new ALBUM "LAST ONES LEFT" (they are the last ones left) on top of that I also walked past LIL BABY (the goat). As I continued I stumbled upon JOE BIDEN (wtf) (he was taking money from mrbossftw to be let off of his prison sentence) (he was convicted of being one of the worst TH-camr's in history) after I witnessed this (which I totally didn't obviously) (pls joe don't have my family wiped). Finally I reached my final destination, JFK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT where I then witnessed TGG (the gaming gorilla, ((famous gta 5 TH-camr)) being detained by the TSA for suspicion of international piracy on the high seas (wow). Naturally this was alarming as I didn't believe that he was a pirate (innocent until proven guilty) I then boarded my plane and flew into EUROPE (but definitely not near UKRAINE or RUSSIA ((I DONT WANT TO GO THERE RIGHT NOW)) finally the plane landed in Somalia, where I then dismounted the plane (yes) and got into a white Toyota Hilux pickup truck (with a mounted DShK machine gun in the bed((a bit odd)) I then went to a remote village on the eastern side of the BEAUTIFUL NATION. In said village I was instructed to enter a hut made of scrap corrugated metal fence and blue tarps. Inside of the hut I found something I never expected to see. Tylarious, Broughy1322, Digital Car Addict, Saintsfan, Nitrix Warlord, TGG and... MRBOSSFTW... all sitting around a small table made of thatch and tires (wtf is going on omg) they then sat me down and handcuffed me to the small 3 legged white plastic chair (oh no)
Naturally this was a very alarming situation to be apart of, but I wasn't going to let it get the best of me. Next thing I know, DONALD (redacted monetization and legal reasoning) AND KANYE (yez) WEST enter the hut through the back piece of tarp.
MrBossFTW comes over to me while the others watch in disarray, he gets close to me and whispers in my ear "you wanna know how I got this hut?"
I replied "no not really"
He said "I've made over 7,000 clickbait videos, extended just past the 8 minutes mark, for extra ad revenue. Now that my views are dwindling and the next era of GTA TH-camrs are being ushered in, I've felt it was time to take the reigns back into my hands"
Feeling very confused and like I was having a fever dream, just when I thought things couldn't get any stranger...

Moments later we all gather ourselves and meet around what's left of the table (there is not much)
Former US President Donald (redacted for legal and monetization reasons) reaches his hand out to me and assures me that nothing like this will ever happen again (wow) and that MrBossFTW has been a wanted criminal on the CIA's MOST WANTED LIST for 10 YEARS (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I receive the CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF HONOUR for my antics (not sure what I did but ok hehe) (medal of honor go brrrrrrrrr) I then ride back to the airport with the unspoken president and we depart back to NORTH AMERICA (epic)

Auto Shop is S-tier because it removes all level caps and requirements for all car mods. No "win X amount of races" or "be level 100." Do whatever you want to whatever car you bring in. Insurance is also free for cars stolen off the street.

ARCADE TIP: when you buy the Arcade, a game machine is already included. Go to the interaction menu and then arcade management to add that machine to every spot possible. Buy the 90k machine afterwards and repeat the management process. With that, you have the max passive income and only 90k spent on machines.

You should do a business tier list based on how useful they are besides earning money. For example I'd put the agency pretty high for discount weapons and armour, the company SUV is useful if you need to passive travel to a jet to take out griefers, SUV service literally teleports you for free, agency Heli, free snacks overall pretty useful imo

As a regularly solo player, the Nightclub is my bread and butter, after Cayo Perico of course. Its the only cargo I bother with anymore cus its always 1 vehicle and 0 resupply costs. The popularity missions aren't bad, a few are annoying but most are super simple and quick. I love the blimp mission. Stupid easy and you have a blimp to screw around with afterward. The DJ pick-up missions are the worst but the ability to rebook them is worth it for that safe income.

Throw your bunker between cayos and it’s also one delivery as long as it’s buy 1 Bach of supply and you get the money back right after you sell

Auto Shop Contracts are a GREAT change of pace to spamming Cayo. The missions are very fun and I enjoy the mini-heist feel to them. Not to mention the HUGE benefit of being able to circumvent the restrictions on customization.

yea the are also better than cayo because when the autoshop gets x2 or x3 and thats like million i f you do the UD heist and it takes 20 mins and cayo takes like 1 or 2 hours for like barely 2 mil to nearly 3 mil.
and all of them are easy besides ecu and lost mc in my opinion
One thing you forgot to mention about security contracts with the agency is the level of difficulty changes the amount you make. You make 32k to 38k with professional, 40k to 50k with specialist, and 60k all the way up to 70k with specialist+ with only 5-10 minutes of work which is really good. Also you wasted a LOT of money with the arcade itself. You only have to buy one arcade machine and put it in every spot. When every spot is filled you will make 5k a day.

Auto shop is A tier and here’s why: I can do the Union Depository contract in 20-25 mins and make $300k from it. Combining that with another contract like the Superdollar Deal will earn me a total of about $450k an hour. It’s not as good as Cayo Perico but still a viable way to make loads of money.

Autoshot contracts are awensome. Fact that could be done solo is an extra . With my eyes it should be ranked highier than all mcs if you consider that you will need 3 ppl to sell and spend sufficient time in sales (planes, trushtrucks, postvans) plus raids that are sooooo frequent
The extra goods sold in the nightclub warehouse is from the business battles. That is not sourced by the technicians but by the player so is not counted as sourced.

This video overlooks the inconvenience of selling stock for "passive" businesses. If you ever want to sell anything over a quarter stock then you basically need a friend, and no one ever wants to help sell stock because they only get associate pay while you're making full profit, and sell missions generally aren't the most fun work to begin with.

doing all 3 Vehicles solo is pretty easy honestly it takes more time but it can be done EXCEPT the post op vans that one is 13/15 if you’re doing solo
I love this tier list because you mainly focus on the money making aspects and don’t pay attention to the perks of each business.
Mostly agree with everything you said. I actually like the auto shop….while admitting it’s mostly stupid and useless. The bunker does make a ton of money but I really HATE the sell missions for it. Vehicle cargo…I. make a lot of money with that. Generally, I make most of my money between Cayo, vehicle cargo, Agency work (especially pay phone hits) and passive Nightclub income. Also, re: the Oppressor MKII…I use it to get around the map quickly. I understand it’s a favorite tool of griefers but, honestly, I’ve been griefed by a-holes in jets way more than by MKII riders.

Opressor MK.II is griefing Jets, Helicopters etc. Thats the problem. It requires Zero effort while flying a Jet needs lot of Practice. And if u got a Supercar, Noobbikes (Opressors) will care bout tjat 20.000, but Most Jets or Helicopters wont. PvP Teams can Grind around 500.000 - 1M in an Hour.
I currently do nightclub cocaine and cayo and once I’ve done cayo I’ll do the contract so it’s pretty good
Totally agree with everything you said. The nightclub is my favorite. Run all your businesses from one spot and do nothing but sell missions. Agency is awesome too. Finally got the oppressor. I never grief anyone. It's just masterful for grinding and getting away from the cops

As for Vehicle Warehouse I think they should fix the sale pricing to keep it competitive. Like a percentage market value.
Top Range: 10% (so 100k to 200k can happen)
Medium Range: 15%
Standard Range: 20% (to give those 2 lower categories a chance)

My only issue with the vehicle warehouse in the real time, 15 minute cool down. That should be dismantled. But, I'm done playing with GTAO. You keep on enjoying it.

The cd is not so bad u can get get new cars during that time or care for other things.
If u have a good lobby u can get like 4x 80k per hour. 320k- repair is like 300k+-/hour. Thats imo one of the best methods to get cash. And u can do it alone.

Great list bro, my favorite business right now is probably the agency since it has good time-money ratio besides cayo perico, and I remember having to do the air cargo missions just so I can unlock the trade price for some of the aircraft, so annoying lol

9:12 vehicle cargo is my favorite, it's easy to do, and it's fun customizing all the cars. If you got some friends, you can do custom shipments for a decent amount of money

You’re tripping about the auto shop. Those mini heist contracts payout between 180k-300k+ and it’s easy and short even solo. You’ve only played 1 and there’s 5. All different from each other and can be a damn blast!

@@AlmostLakai94 you can even do them in a solo or crew invite only session. Other than that, it’s a business you can hold off until you have money to spare.
i hate how they treat you like shit when u own the place and are the only reason they are getting any money at all + all the corny jokes
i grinded the union depository heist a lot. with some practice it makes 270k and lasts about 30 mins
I disagree. Is there another business that you can buy, that within the first 30-45mins of owning it you can make 300k? Biker Nope / Crates - Nope / Heists - yes and No The original 4 No, Doomsday Heist the first one yeah but even those you need one other person, Diamond Casino - Nope, Cayo - Possible ( I can't remember if the Submarine cost more than the auto shop building ) but between the scope the island mission and doing the set ups you could maybe still pull it off in an hour / NightClub - Nope / Air Cargo Crates - Hell No /Vehicle Warehouse - Yes and No (You may luck up and steal all High End Vehicles BUT I doubt it just starting out plus you have to steal it first, then deliver it. It will still take you at least an hour because you have the 20min cooldown after a sale and about a 3-4min cool down after stealing). The Contract - Yes and No (you won't have access to the 1mil contract right away nor the payphone hits, there is also a cool down between security contract missions)
A few things have changed since this tier list that actually makes some businesses better.
Nightclub - Legal income raised to 50k per 48 minutes, the safe can hold up to 250k. Also you can now raise popularity by throwing out trouble makers or driving VIPs to their home or a hospital.
MC Club - Now has a feature similar to the autoshop but better. You can fix up a bike left by a customer and deliver it for 50k profit. (the autoshop varies in profit from 20-50k.) Also a somewhat passive income was added using the bar. Sadly it's somewhat useless as the bar only makes 30k before you need to resupply it.
Bunker and Special Warehouses - both got an update that allow you to deliver a truck to a destination for 50k. Another truck becomes available every 48 minutes. Bunker sends you to an Ammunation store and the Warehouse always sends you to the harbor in the bottom right of the map.
Finally someone who recognizes the potential of the Agency that's not in A tier or something. Putting the Dre Contract, payphone hits and the incredible perks this business gives, the security contracts income along with the passive income is insane. I've completed 150 contracts and made around 8 million with this thing (not counting the safe profit), and is super easy to grind. Recover assets missions and rescue missions take around 3 minutes to complete and give incredible amounts of money depending on the difficulty (that sadly is randomly generated). Now if you add 20000$ every 48 minutes with a safe of 250000$ capacity you won't need to come in often to collect your profit doing absolutely nothing. Props for that!

The hanger missions are some of the most fun missions I've ever done in the game! I love the flying missions! The only issue I have with them are they don't pay you enough money. I'm not alone on this either! My buddies loved the hanger missions as well as far as fun to do but yes the pay sucks big time though!
Even when they are 3X money, it STILL isn't worth it.
@@snakeywakey3893 fully aware they aren't "worth it" as far as money goes. I've already mentioned that but as far as fun missions to do in the game they are extremely fun and they make you one hell of a lot better pilot by doing them as well.

Same, tho it might not pay well, a lot of missions are fun and you get to used planes you don't have. Some are shit, some are cool. Over all I'd give it more than F tier. It's a time passer and eventually you can sell it.
Hanger cargo is best with multiple people so best doing it an Mc so you can hold 8 people

Did something change ? My nightclub makes 50k per hour passively, not 10k, and the basement stuff is just not worth it. I have 3 techs and they get about 7k per hour from 3 owned businesses. That's after hiring them for 820k total. I have to deliver the goods myself with the high change of losing everything.
For me the best 2 are basic nightclub and bunker. Those two alone will make 100k per hour and all you have to do is deliver one load of weapon parts and empty your own vault.

Auto Shop is a great business if you use it as it WASN'T intended. If you get a car in worth less than 150000 (check by pressing square on PS) then dont deliver it, put all maxed out mods on it, everything the most expensive option, then back out and press square, buy a few, then sell them at LS Customs. The cheaper the car the better. I have a customers Warrener in mine and I pay 120k for a fully modded one, and sell it for 220k, I do this 3 times (2 at once soon as I log in, and a 3rd when over 2 hours has passed) per day to avoid sell limits. Easy free 300k per day that takes minutes. Great business.

I disagree with "the cheaper the car the better" statement. I can sell 5 times a day by spreading the sells out to every 1 to 1&½ hours. I put on the most expensive options as well.
The Comet can be bought at $100,000 and sold at $220,000 for a profit of $120,000.
The Schafter v12 can be bought at $116,000 and sold at $193,275 for a $77,275 profit.
The Futo can be bought at $9000 and sold at $69,395 for a profit of $60,395.

For maximising the Arcade income you do NOT need to buy all the different arcade machines. All you need to do is fill every slot - even if it's all with duplicates of the same machine (buy one you can put down as many copies of it as you want in the arcade)
Of course, it DOES look better when you have a full selection.

The Apartments:
High B Tier if you have a group of friends that know what they're doing. It would be A Tier if weren't for the Diamond Casino Heist which only needs a minimum of 2 players and pays much more than the original Heists.
Solid F Tier when playing with randoms (specifically ones that NEVER USE VOICE CHAT).
I swear I make more front wheel safe in coin than the warehouse if u get the popularity to 5 bars and just go once every 2 days to collect your money and do a little mission like kick someone out or drive a vip home it will stay at full
I love the auto shop merely for the fact that it gives you a discount on customizing vehicles
I'm sorry man but the Bogden Act 2 finale heist has the highest payout of any in the game. Unfortunately it takes two players but it is doable. You can make 600k per 15 minutes. Which is 2.4 mil per hour. It just requires semi-competent players. You don't have to be super skilled, just able to drive/fly and be aware. The heist leader who starts the finale will have to leave the server and come back when the heist completes. This way you get the money but the heist is considered not done. So you just do the final act over and over again and it takes about 14 minutes each time. You have a guy sit on a seadoo over the sub while the other guy solos the sub interior. Leave a car parked on the beach and then bee line straight for the car on the seadoo once the second player clears the sub and swims up, and drive to the Avenger to escape. Don't shoot any of the helicopters and just beeline for the end over the city. All the helicopters will explode at once. Its kinda weird.
When it completes you log out and back in (just the heist leader). If you are doing even splits its 1.2 mil split between 2 is 600k with the time bonus under 15 minutes. Restart the heist till you guys get tired of it. Even if you do not glitch you can still get 1.8 mil per hour if you hustle with setups which is more than solo cayo. The beauty of cayo though is that you can do it solo if the pug players start getting on your nerves. I did the airfreight to unlock the trade prices. I refuse to buy shark cards as I know what R* is up to. Once I unlocked all the trade prices (I think its 25 crates sold) then I never did it again.
Regardless Bogden Act 2 is way better than any of the casino missions. Most players simply are not skilled enough to do the casino and constantly get caught and have to fight our way out. If you pug it like I used to, people just get frustrated and leave and you have to restart ALLL over again. The best way is to find someone to help is on the steam discussion forums or the discord forums and get some decent help.
Only og GTA players like us find the doomsday heist profitable,new players in the other hand they get at least 1M$ in cayo perico very easily and quickly,and still whine .
@@beastslayer8450 its a shame. Its the best content in the game hands down. I think like 95% of the community have not experienced it. Very sad. The amount of "stuff" under chiliad is insane.
@@John_Conner222 tbh,since the casino heist dlc,GTA online hasn't been the same,back then the game used to be a bit challenging,but now it became so easy to make money,new players don't really care about having fun what they care about is the amount of money,and i just can't handle the new GTA players who see 1M$ like nothing,but I don't blame them the game became much easier because of casino heist and cayo perico.
As someone pointed out, these all depend on if you play gta solo or with friends. For me solo it's 1) Perico. 2) Nightclub for passive and I pay for promotion which for the most part is covered by the safe. 3) Auto Shop car sales because I'm not chased by AI and board jobs because they don't take much time but can be frustrating. 4) Agency work. This includes payphone hits.
In general I bounce around each week doing whatever is doubled also. The only exception is document forgery. Not worth it for any reason at anytime. Even doubled at 256K or whatever is not worth 30 minutes with 3 planes with 5 drops each. 30 min is half of the Perico hour long heist start to finish that averages me 1.3M.
Add in the bunker too! Another passive business that is great for making a good amount of money. HOWEVER I get if you don’t want to do this solo as it chances more than one vehicle.
Good call. I do run the bunker. I pay for resupply, and run it when it's done. It's always 1 vehicle that way. Profit is about 125K. Not a lot but it's 1 vehicle, its easy, doesnt take much time, and it's something different to do that mixes up the grind.
@@lazytoad26 That is effective, and the exact same way I run it. 125k is decent I suppose and you can just run a Cayo Perico or another business whilst you wait. Sounds like you have it all sorted!
Some missions for air freight take like 5 minutes but the others take forever

I’m surprised to hear someone so against air freight missions. Not a great business but it could be a lot worse. I guess the missions are subjective I always enjoyed them more than the CEO crates for example from an actual gameplay point. Main thing is you need a crew of 4 to be efficient.
I just always hated air freight lol, boring missions that can take up to 30 minutes to get a crate worth 10K
@@HarmNone That's why you do the air freight missions in a group - each player in your organisation / MC club will get a crate each, allowing you to fill it up faster. It is arguably the worst solo business after the Document Forgery (which is really the only business where it's better to steal supplies rather than buy - simply because of how little it pays out)
That isn't efficient though, 4 players to grind money for 1 person, and the money is still crap.

@@gunbladelad7772 I agree with you. Especially when it’s 2x or 3x money, it goes from 40k to 80-120k depending on the multiplier with full Organization. It becomes 15 minutes for a mission but $120,000 was made in that time.

I see the customer cars in the autoshop as considered "passive income". Just from a car coming in every once in a while, you can make 20-50k profit. So, 20-50k from a day or 2 in game. Plus, the new biker clubhouse extension, the customer bikes are all 50k profit each. Great passive income in my mind

@@gavinnalette9333 imo you should get an office with vehicle cargo warehouse. Then save up for a nightclub. After that get the bunker then buy up the MC Clubhouse. You can do everything at once to keep yourself busy and make about 1mil every in game day

In the nightclub if the popularity is low just go down to any of your garage levels an go to the computer an change the dj u wont have the cut seen thats if u dont do the popularity missions an if you have brought all djs it will be 10k for each dj

Great list but you left out one really important part of most of the businesses, that is if you can do them solo or a group is required for instance the nightclub sell mission can be done 100% solo where as the biker businesses have multiple vehicles depending on the amount of product.
I can always sell my cocaine and meth and cash and weed solo when it's full, you should be able to aswell
What I do is only keep them supplied up to 1/4 and that way it'll always be one vehicle. Do it with the bunker and the other mc businesses and you can make decent money

As a solo player I think I'm the only person that hates doing Cayo despite giving the most money..
Before Cayo was a thing I used to spend hundreds of hours doing Car Import Export,made around 35m before Cayo came out (now close to 70, sold like 600 cars) making it my favorite way to make money, combined with Headhunter and Terrorbyte missions. Would get around 400-500k per session with it.
The Agency however is NOW my favorite active bussiness, it's perfect for solo players, missions are relatively easy, completed over 500 of them making around 70m out of it, grinded a heck out of it when it was x2 money.
Fuck Autoshop , KDJ is a horny clown and Sess is somewhat bearable but still cringeworthy.
Special crates as a solo player is pretty brutal, I filled all 5 of my large warehouses once (when it was x2 couple of months ago) and I swore to myself I'll never do that ever again, sold all of them but it was a nightmare.
Same goes with Hangar but worse.
For passive nightclub and bunker are a godsent. I like nightclub a little bit better because you get only 1 vehicle every time no matter what.

You're not the only one who hates cayo perico,i hate both cayo perico and casino heist because both of them are too easy and they get you a lot of money,they really should decrease their payouts so that every activity is worth playing,because let's be honest what's the point of doing vehicle cargo,hangar,etc...
i prefer doing doomsday heist since it's more challenging and the payout isn't as busted as cayo perico but is pretty good.
Im literally doing the same stuff here man... I was doing import export headhunter client job b2b....but now Im rockin agency missions. They are very interesting while paying a lot of money and the fact that they take only about 10 mins is great. Combining that with bunker and nightclub also...
@@beastslayer8450 casino is slightly balanced I think. It still takes a while to do, setups are kind of hard for newer players. You still need 2 players or above and you need to split it between them. What I will say is they need to make hard mode actually hard.

I think an important distinction to be made about the MC businesses and the bunker is that one full bar of supplies for the bunker will always get you one delivery vehicle, whereas one supply with the MC businesses will be two. For a solo player, that makes the loop of doing deliveries after one supply so much quicker with the bunker. I was doing both the bunker and coke lockup, but eventually got sick of the long deliveries with coke, especially after getting the one with two post-op vans that took the entire 30 minutes for the same 135k profit my bunker gives me with 5-10 minute sell missions. Other than that I agree with the listing in this video besides the auto shop.. Im biased towards it because I like the concept of owning an auto shop, but even looking at it objectively, the car deliveries take between 3-5 minutes to do and get you 25-30k on top of being able to try out different cars you may otherwise never try, and the contracts are fun and good money. Even if you're only going for pure profitability, just doing the union depository gets you $290k total with the two prep missions and takes 30 mins or less total. It's no Cayo, but then again nothing else is. For playing solo (or not) , I think the agency, nightclub, bunker and auto shop are all great to run between robbing El Rubio.

Hold the phone. For the arcade you do NOT have to buy every arcade. You can use the free machine that you start out with and fill up all of the arcade slots. This will get you the daily $5,000 in your safe without spending a dime.

@@HarmNone also for the nightclub, you don’t need to do popularity missions, but instead you can re-book a DJ for $10,000 every 2 days, (with popularity upgrade) so the end profit is $125,000. It’s similar to buying supplies for $75,000 in order to save time.
If you include the daily fees then you still make a tiny bit of money. Basically offsets your daily fees, but if you own an arcade and agency then you’ll be still be racking up cash

The auto shop is better than any mc business. If you play solo the mc businesses are all trash. Auto shop lets you make good money solo. I also think the agency is the best business in the game. Ive made over 25 million from it since the update.

I'm loving the agency and haven't even done the VIP contract. Made 2.5 mil off 26 double $$ contracts last week and this week with 50% bonus I've been making 1 mil + per day grinding 8 pay phone hits per day @127k per payphone hit. Great for a solo player!

During the 2x rp and cash for businesses the auto shop contract's are a must you earn 300k for the small ones and for the union depository you can earn 600k overall it's S tier for 2x rp and cash

The hangar makes me sad. I love flying aircraft and I do these missions quite often for that reason (since you hardly get to use your aircraft otherwise), but if I wasn't in a place where I don't really need money anymore I'd not touch it at all. It would have to be at least 3x money to be somewhat competitive, and then you'd still have to like aircraft to bother.

air freight is actually worth a damn after the updates, grinding air freight source can be decently fun and after finishing all the trade prices youll get something like a collective 10 million dollars off buying smugglers run aircraft as well as the money from the crates themselves, after updates each airfreight crate is worth 30k each and i think the furthest trade price is the hunter at 42 source missions, might take 6 hours, youll get close to 10 million dollars off the planes, as well as a free 1.2 million after sales PLUS whatever high demand bonus you get based on the amount of players in the lobby, for anything other than trade prices its trash but if you're a plane nut you might just get some use out of it

the nightclub should be b tier. unless u have every best business fully upgraded. its not good and all the warehouse levels. it takes so long to get over a mil from the nightclub. compared to gunrunning which sells for a bit over a mil and takes much less to fill. the nightclub warehouse is just there for players who already have the best of everything and make free money while they do other things
You don't need to upgrade the MC business. You just need to own them for the NC to work

My favorite business is either the nightclub or the agency...I've made over 250 million just from the nightclub warehouse and about 70 million from the security contracts...We'll worth the original investment...The biker businesses have made me some decent money also but I haven't really used the since the contract DLC....
I love the nightclub too! The other business have definitely been overshadowed by the agency quite a bit I’d say, they’re still good to keep supplied up so they can make you money but I agree they’re getting to be outdated for sure!
