Thank you for allowing us to listen to this conversation. There is so much value, heart, and hope here. I really liked the idea of the third party neutral witness. In my experience, such a witness awakens the witness in the parties in conflict. May we all engage with open hearts in such a way, restoring the wholeness that is waiting to be seen.

I live in Colombia and I am a negotiation trainer & advisor. I admire doctor Ury as a brilliant academic. However, the Colombia agreement is a biased agreement. Today, FARC continue trafficking drugs, they received too much and delivered too little. Santos used this negotiation process to get the Nobel Prize and he got the agreement at any cost. Santos was a very soft negotiator and the FARC was aware of this and became a tough negotiator. I sincerely think that FARC - Santos was a poor conceived agreement. It was created a special justice court to trial the FARC which most of us consider biased. This court is making its best efforts to impede the extradition of FARC members to US for drug traffic. A negotiation with a huge technical mistakes, in my personal criteria.
