I don't know how you've just popped up on my TH-cam choices...but...I'm part way through watching you and we're in our third lockdown in the UK...I'm feeling extremely disconnected, lonely and isolated. Your words and tone of voice are so soothing. Where I live there isn't a community and I'm back with my parents (they both have Aspergers I'm not their carer, but there's no emotional availability or warmth) before Covid I was never really in, it's touch, laughter, hugs, talking face to face and all this has gone...think I'm in trauma....I'm listening to you, you're so wise, so warm and steady...I'm breathing, I'm breathing...

I agree so much to how much love Thomas has in his voice. When he starts to talk mind is power on - listen. other things are suddenly umimportant. Recogmixe from other times I have been listeniing. So I hope for you who responded to the talk: When you decide to listen more times to Thomas you will get your light clearer and clearer. Takes often long time go understad

Thank You Thomas. The density of information and stimulating input in your videos is so high, that I can literally only watch 20 minutes. And in these 20 minutes I have to constantly press pause and write things down... Thank You very much.

The more I'm listening the more I'm recognising different states I've been in, numb I recognise a lot....trauma...I think I'm struggling with a lot of separation anxiety.

I would love to delve deeply into self regulation...
I have lived for 16 1/2 years with a chronic illness. Past 4 years bed bound. I believe self healing is possible.

So good to listen to you Thomas. What you say comes from a deep level, from the source.. The heart is key, yes! So much you say is a deep human need. It also brings tears to my eyes.

As a highly sensitive person, my tree needs to feel more rooted....reframing, when the caller said about other people's stress and fear and how it affected them, I'm exactly the same, I too will reframe.

This is really amazing, it's so clearly explained 🙏 thank you so much. It's really supporting all what I went through in terms of meditation, understanding of trauma, Somatic practices and personal questions. Thank you so much! And I'm also so grateful for the download meditation that you are proposing. Let's keep opening the Love in us 🙏🧘‍♀️💓

Thomas, Why title page keeps popping up? To see your earnest expressions, your gestures and the dancing light in your eyes while you speak is so compelling. You are very engaging. So getting cut off from connecting with you visually every so often was a bit jarring, was breaking continuity of experience.
Your messages are beautiful and greatly needed right now. I am very grateful to have found you here. Thank you for playing your role so beautifully.

thrown in the water? was took for a ride into the gulf of Mexico, as i walked along the shore and a huge waave came up from behind. feet up, lungs full, snout shut, count your blessings , salt water, i can float, no one saw me being thrown in the water and took for a ride. .
ah, no boats in sight. . thinking maybe the dolphins will come swim me back to shore at which the thought "swim sideways like a crab. . instantly swam into the calm, popped my eyeballs as my knees dragged on sand. . . well, stand up and catch your breath. . .
later realized the water was gauging out the shore . . slowly started walking back . .
later thought. . maybe the metapphor for society taking an about turn . . .at which you mentioned love. . . love flowers from the face of earth, trees shower us with all that leaves nature answer our prayers, plant flowers and trees and let them doctor us back to health
They support life on earth . . . isn't it time we let nature work for us again?

It seems to me it will be hard to support the health system, as it has already become untruthful and people are distrustful. I think there will be a huge turn towards other health systems, alternative ones, more holistic. It's already happening.
