    This one is hard to find a dislike! The half bath is great, the colors are great, I love the matte look on the cabinetry. A few small tweaks like the tv needs to have more extension and I agree that the backsplash behind the stove should match better but it's really not a big deal at all. This is a really well-designed motorhome.

    This was one of my favorite motor homes you guys have reviewed, both as far as size and the features it contains. I would personally prefer it was all-electric, without a need for propane, but otherwise, it was really nice. On the other hand, it was REALLY Pricey for the size compared to some of the 40+ Foot Units you guys have shown. I would definitely have liked to see it have a Washer & Dryer in it, and have the TV be able to be swung out more as Matt described.

    Rear toilet area is so tight one cannot wipe their rear. Do not like the large window over the bunk but the cover is nice. The cabinets in half bath are too small for towels. Very low to the ground, bad for going over railroad crossings and road humps. Need to put closet rod in cabinet for washer/dryer so it can be used as a closet. The unit has good storage. Loved the valance and pillow pattern. Like the combo cook top.

    This is a very nice Rv. Thor dud a great job! I think the tv should have been able to be moved to where the theater seats are but it might work. It’s nice it has a stackable washer/dryer. • @StarGateSG7
      @StarGateSG7 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      On TPO roofs, one thing one of my old construction buddies told me is to put a quarter inch layer of Line-X truck bed liner on top of just the area that needs covering and you can TRULY waterproof the system.
      TPO is used because of design for manufacturing issues where the time and COST to do a structural steel, aluminum or fibreglass version of a structure is just too prohibitive.
      Like a said, some 1/4 inch truck bed liner applied on top will solve every moisture issue AND it's UV resistant. It also does extra sound-proofing so I would put that on the entire underbody too!

    • @markduree7132
      @markduree7132 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@StarGateSG7 this actually sounds like a good idea...if they make truck bedliner spray in white. I’ve never seen it in white, so I don’t know. That’s said, I would never, ever, ever, ever, put a black roof covering on an RV. Many of them struggle enough to keep cool with even 2 or 3 AC units and a white roof. A black roof would turn it into a virtual oven.

    • @StarGateSG7
      @StarGateSG7 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@markduree7132 Line-X brand truck bed liner now comes in about 10 colors including white. They can also offer a heat-proof option for engine bays or other high-heat areas by adding tiny ceramic balls which improves heat and UV resistance.

    I just took home a 2021 Magnitude SV 34 from your Ocala store and am very pleased with it. I think the F 600 with the increased CCC is a big deal. My only real dislike is the dinette is laminate and not solid surface. Mine drives like a dream and haven't had issues pot holes or railroad tracks despite it riding lower than my old Class A. I have no plans to upgrade the suspension as it rides nicely.

    I appreciated that you cited the cab/motor home ingress/egress difficulties as a dislike, and that you mentioned older folks. But then sales mode kicked in and you further mentioned it's not a deal breaker and you can just use the side door. Following that logic, if I stop somewhere and want to go into the motor home, I exit the driver's door, go down steps, walk around the rig, then goi back up steps. For these "older folks" such as myself, that process can be more challenging than you think - especially if the weather isn't ideal. Deal breaker, going from cab to motor home and vice versa should not be a difficult process.
    Just like 100k others, I am a loyal subscriber and I always watch your videos, even for rigs I will never be able to afford. That said, please remember we're counting on you for those unbiased reviews you mention in your intros.
    As others have mentioned, having theater seats that do not directly face the TV is a design flaw at best.

    Matt, You said exactly what I was thinking. Super Cs tend to miss the mark on the inside appearance. Thor did a great job on the interior color schemes, half bath, kitchen, rear bath and over the cab bunk. Kudos! If I wanted to spend an extra $120,000 this one would definitely be in the running.
    Dislikes:
    #1 That back splash in the kitchen. I may have not used the same pattern as the valances but I would have at least used the same color pallet.
    #2 No Pantry. By looking at the floor plan there was plenty of room. Make the bedroom wardrobe about 15 inches narrower and the move the W/D prep back into the bedroom and put the pantry between the W/D and the stove. Bamm! You have a nice pantry.
    #3 The TV placement. Put a Televator to the side of the dinette. Get the TV out of the over head bunk. If you have someone that needs to sleep early, like kids, that TV placement will be very inconvenient.
    Likes:
    #1 The mid bath. Great job!
    #2 The over the cab bunk. a. The size. b. It's not so high off the floor level that a more mature person can use it. I wouldn't mind sleeping up there if I had to.
    #3 I do like that huge pots and pans drawer. If you aren't going to have an oven (Which I prefer) at least you get some great storage.

    Nice rig. Love the double door storage outside. The grey tank size is really disappointing. The black tank is almost twice the size, it should be the other way around. I think the user as its a 4x4 would be spending more time with it out boondocking than in campgrounds, needing bigger tanks. Is the clearance higher underneath compared to a Class C?

    I'm not keen on the half bath. I would rather that be eliminated and the stackable washer/dryer/wardrobe be put in its place and the galley made bigger. It's really hard to prepare meals in such a short space and like Andrea said, a pantry could be installed in the galley area instead of a big open space for the washer/dryer. Plus I do like an oven. I realize the bathroom would be a little harder to get to, but it would be doable. Also, I also love the cover for the front window. It's such a good idea and novel to watch part of the ceiling move, love it. I'm glad Andrea finally likes valance pattern & she's right, back splash in galley only matches the neutral color of the valances. Love you both, keep up the good work.

    Tip for Max AC. You should not use the Max setting until the air inside has cooled off. The max setting just recycles the interior air so it is more efficient once the inside air has cooled down, but when you first get in the inside air is going to hotter than the outside air. Run the regular setting until the inside air cools off, then switch it to max. Contrary to what many people think, max AC does not make the ac work harder, as I said it just recycles the inside air, so it will actually take longer to cool things off.

    I like almost everything except the TV placement.

    • @StarGateSG7
      @StarGateSG7 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Goto Best Buy or Office Depot and get the large computer monitor spring-loaded SWIVELING AND TELESCOPING EXTENDER RIG which you replace the current setup up with. For about $400 USD you can make the TV swivel and extend left, right, up and down by 36 inches (3 feet) in any direction. Just make sure you get the version that takes the specific size and weight of TV you have in the RV!

      @@StarGateSG7 the TV placement in that front bunk is just a bad place for me. A swivel extender is not going to help anything when someone sleeping up there kicks the TV in their sleep and breaks it. Personally I will never buy an RV with a TV placed over the front bunk. Your solution does not work for my family. The TV placement in the cab bunk makes that whole space useless in my opinion.

      @@lunalynx9633 Like I said it SHOULD have been changed at the factory BUT since you've already spent $200,000 it's only a few hundreds more to MOVE the TV to somewhere more convenient.
      These extending TV arms can be put ANYWHERE! Ceiling, floors, cabinets, etc.
      Just MOVE the TV somewhere more convenient! This RV is ALMOST perfect. You just have to spend a little more to get it ABSOLUTELY perfect.
      TV placement change, backsplash change, remote vehicle start with alarm/sentry mode change and motorized power reel is no more than $1200 worth of parts and some elbow grease!
      If you don't like something then CHANGE IT OUT and make it better!

      @@StarGateSG7 Or I just go spend my money on a RV that I do like the TV placement. Why spend more money on this one when there are others out there. I don't understand why you are making such an argument over my opinion. I can have a different opinion than you. You go right ahead and spend more money and change things you don't like and I will save my money and shop around for a RV that has what I want and where I want it.

    3 things I don't like about it. 1) The grey tank is almost 1/2 as large as the black tank. I guess they expect big beer drinkers and chili eaters that don't take showers to buy this.
    2) Residential fridge. This is a 4x4. Wouldn't you expect people take this off road? A 12v or an gas/electric would make more sense. 3) For that price, I would want Azdel siding and a fiberglass roof.

    As others has said: needs fiberglass roof, and air suspension, two solar panels, city water behind door so it can be locked. Like the love seat across from dining area, we would like cabinets over the driver area. Love the rig, BUT one can buy a hell of a class a for that price. Would like “air ride” seats for the driver and passenger, not that expensive in the scheme of things.

    At this price level, Thor should have put the wet bay parts together in a bay, but they did not. City fill and tank fill are still via a sidewall port. The eletrical connections should also be inside a bay together.
