Every time I think of Slipknot's 75,002 drummers it reminds me of this one time I went to an industrial show back in, like... Maybe 2005...? I think it may have been Front 242 headlining or something like that, but they had an opening act (called "Babyland") that was just some guy wearing a football helmet with a microphone taped to it and a second guy bludgeoning what appeared to be a pile of random metal garbage with a pair of pipes. It was somewhere around the disc grinder solo that I started to think Slipknot could probably replace a majority of their percussionists with this one guy and likely be far better off. Sucks they broke up back in, like, 2009 or some junk...

It reminds me of a time back in 2012 at the First year of Knotfest (in Wisconsin) when I was camping I had convinced someone I was in Slipknot because I was running around in an obviously hand painted jumpsuit and mask I got at Spirit Halloween I modified a bit. There was also a 2liter of Jack and coke involved because camping. The next day i talked to the guy I convinced and he said everyone at the campsite had a good laugh about it.

I am excited but nervous as well because it is such a big life change, but very excited to see my husband!! We have been apart for two months and he moved down there first. We will be living with his friend and his fiancée for awhile until we can get our own place. 😃 Traveling from Redmond OR, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, all the way to Chattanooga, TN. 7.5 hour layover in Arizona, and a 3.5 hour layover in North Carolina. 3 hour time difference in TN from Oregon where I live now! and it’s 3 hours ahead so will be quite the adjustment

Never managed to get into Slipknot back in the day for some reason, probably ‘cause I was too busy binging on SOAD, but this is an excellent band to do a “How To Be” video on. The Reading Rainbow music after each segment made it even funnier. I can’t be the only one who noticed that. 😂 Can’t wait to see how the music video turned out! BTW, your electrician is pretty hot. 😉

not many know, Slipknot were a FUSION band back in the day, a good mix of Jazz, Grindcore, funk, a little disco also. They've used a small amount of their original sound in many songs, and The end, so far, seems to utilize it more. Damn, this is creative, a great unofficial Slipknot song

This is awesome! Cant wait to hear the actual song. It reminds me of a time back in 2012 at the First year of Knotfest (in Wisconsin) when I was camping I had convinced someone I was in Slipknot because I was running around in an obviously hand painted jumpsuit and mask I got at Spirit Halloween I modified a bit. There was also a 2liter of Jack and coke involved because camping. The next day i talked to the guy I convinced and he said everyone at the campsite had a good laugh about it.

Btw, this "how to be" series is fantastic. The other week I was with a coworker and she put on a top 40 playlist and this song I'd never heard before came on and I automatically knew it was Imagine Dragons, not because I'd ever consciously listened to them, but 100% because they followed your tip over the brown cow / flippity floppity formula.

Traveling from Redmond OR, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, all the way to Chattanooga, TN. 7.5 hour layover in Arizona, and a 3.5 hour layover in North Carolina. 3 hour time difference in TN from Oregon where I live now! and it’s 3 hours ahead so will be quite the adjustment

Never managed to get into Slipknot back in the day for some reason, probably ‘cause I was too busy binging on SOAD, but this is an excellent band to do a “How To Be” video on. The Reading Rainbow music after each segment made it even funnier. I can’t be the only one who noticed that. 😂 Can’t wait to see how the music video turned out! BTW, your electrician is pretty hot. 😉

not many know, Slipknot were a FUSION band back in the day, a good mix of Jazz, Grindcore, funk, a little disco also. They've used a small amount of their original sound in many songs, and The end, so far, seems to utilize it more. Damn, this is creative, a great unofficial Slipknot song
