Very useful technique, sadly it doesn't seem to work for perspectives where the mesh overlaps itself, since Spine doesn't know which triangles to render in front and will mix them all.
Hi!, I'm interested in spine animation and was thinking of signing up to your partreon but would like to ask something before doing it. I love pixel art animation, it is a lot of work but the plasticity and expressiviness is uncomparable. Using spine, I have noticied iddle animatoins are fantastic but when other animatoins must be done the character looks stiff or without the needed attitude, for example walks or runs. Do you think this can be achieved with cut out animation becasue I see the advantages but what I commented previously is a deal breaker for me. Could you comment on that please?
As I said before. Magicians don't reveal their tricks but true vizards do! Thank you, guys, for bringing this to the public. You rock.
awesome trick! i love how few keyframes and mesh vertices this requires.
i guess this would also work nicely for cogs
I absolutely love these 3D tutorials! I've always wanted to learn 3D character rotation but it's hard to find one i can understand and follow
Thanks, Mate! Great tutorial! :D
Thank you:)
Omg. It's magic
Great tip!!! Thank you for sharing

Sure you can animate frame by frame and disable interpolation between the frames
His name pronounce like MarCHin (ч). It's polish name
👍
