- India and France are negotiating a Rs 50,000-crore deal for 26 Rafale Marine (Rafale M) fighter jets. If finalised, these aircraft will be deployed on the Indian Navy's aircraft carriers, INS Vikrant and INS Vikramaditya.

If they picked 72 rafales(including 3 sqdn of f5) with 26 ones for navy, capability gaps wouldn't be this bad. Glad people are criticizing to this depth.
We must go for Rafael fighter jets, France should grab the opportunity and set up a mega manufacturing facility in 🇮🇳 INDIA and for the world. Hope France 🇫🇷 will grab the wonderful opportunity for both countries.
Rafale must needed jet for MRFA for IAF this is an emergency for the nation, IAF does not have 30 squadrons at present while They need 42 squadrons.

What kind of scale of economy 26 units either take 60-100 at least then go for higher class TDBF 400-500 Gen X. IAF number should be Rafael f-5 300.
