242 was one of if not the busiest pumps in the country and the powers that be still Decided to remove it leaving 41 on its own still turning out to a high number of calls
So running simular to loughborugh then ? I still think with the amount of work western does and was doing in 2015 42 should never have been removed @fireappliances6653
@@macca696 Loughborough and westerns TRV will go to castle donnington at night and crew castle donningtons pump as they will be going to DC and Loughborough possibly introducing on call pump also so day time at Loughborough will be 1 pump 1 TRV whole time and 1 on call pump and night 1 wholetime pump and 1 on call as TRV will be at castle donnington

Next year they might be having a TRV at western making it 24p3 that’s if all the plans go as planned
