How does one make a century plate? Is it a certain thickness of aluminum sheet metal? Is it a certain grade of aluminum?
How many light units were your exposures? I have a similar exposure unit.
What grit of sanding sponge did you use? 150, 220, 400?
I have D&S Posi coat. I'd like to try this process. I have a 6061 aluminum plate that is 1/4" thick, 22x28". I grained it like a lithography stone. Would my plate work for his method?

Good job. Did you find your hair got in your work much? I didn't realise how much work went into these. Now when I see multi colour lithograph prints I'll understand how intensive they were to create. =)

I have four color separations on film. Can I still find a printing house which can produce litho posters from them?

      From Dwight:
The print order is: (1). Red (or magenta), (2). Yellow, (3).blue (or cyan) and (4). black
