I'm glad she was not intimidated playing with some of the best musicians in the world. Vinnie, Nathan and Greg are world class musicians who played for groups like Toto, Frank Zappa , Sting and Eric Clapton.
Reportedly, Nathan, Vinnie, and Greg are all so easy to work with that they wouldn't intimidate a beginner and would totally support him and give him lessons. They are the salt of the earth.

Lari Basilio is CRUSHING it in a field that is almost exclusively dominated by men. Virtuosic solo melodic guitar is my favorite genre of music, and Lari Basilio and Orianthi are the only women I have found who even attempt it (if anyone knows more, please point me in their direction!) Basilio is SO GOOD!! Plus, anyone who can get Vinnie Colaiuta to play drums with them has to be the real deal. Thank you for sharing your musical gifts with us!!
i really enjoy this profound musicality, telling stories by finding the right tone, timing and feel...not a showcase of circusstyle shredding and speed virtuosity..its poetic and a delight to hear..a real artist!
