What I always thought too. BMGdrive I think it was called ( may be slightly different in name ) is great too. Arguably better but a little overboard at a certain point. I remember shooting a cannon ball at a semi trailer and it literally shredded the aluminum and went through to the cab before bouncing off the inside of the windshield and losing momentum. One day all games will be like this in destruction I hope. Maybe GTA 6 but I doubt on this exact level.

i really wish there is a career mode where you buy a stock car, enter a tournament, race it, get money, mod the car, enter a higher tier tournament, repeat. The catch is, ALL damage (you and your rivals) persist throughout the career (dents, paint scratches, suspension damage, engine damage), you need money to repair and keep the car running. You "lose" when you run out of money. Kinda like a rougelite game.
Sorry someone correct me if I’m wrong but, seeing as the One X console or PS4 pro could push 4K resolutions, aren’t the 60-120FPS at 4K all the new consoles can do..? In other words we had these “graphics” since the One X came out, no?
I've been playing pretty much all the racing game of this genre from 96 till today, DD1-2, DD raw, DD Arenas,Demolition Racer, obviously the flat out series from bugbear...but Wreckfest is the Pinnacle of all of them. Just I wish the ai wouldn't be so stupid and to get something new for the soundtrack

How old is your TV tho.. Because you do relise the size of a tv means nothing, big tvs are just for bigger rooms if you have a small room you need smaller TV or your sitting to close and try moving back as it will look better.
i play sim racing with wheel , i bought nfs heat for fungame . was a piece of shit , then i bought this , omg wreckfest is one brilliant game !!! and if you play it with wheel have some good physics and feedback , and you feel every damage on your car , but its difficult to battle with the wheel , only for clean race , so i play with controller , i f@cking love this game !
I loved the old Ps1 destruction derby, but the audio on this game is weird to me, which is unfortunate because it's a huge part of the game to me. You get this engine noise that seems kind of repetitive and unchanging for the most part, and then when you impact other cars it's almost quiet in comparison and does not sound interesting or impactful. Looks fun, but honestly the lack of good sounding impacts will probably make me pass on this one.
I quit playing the 1st one. I loved it but it wouldn't let me finish it. I couldn't do the big rig part. I couldn't click it. I don't know maybe a glitch I dunno.

@@Milan-mj4iv I loved Flatout. Played it to death. Learned where all the stuff you crashed into to get extra turbo boost. It's £2 on Steam. I'm tempted to buy it again just to see how it holds up.
