The crescent kick can be used practically with 2 applications: 1) stretching 2) fast hit from close range, TKD players usually use this kick immediately after disengaging from a clinch. It won’t knock anybody out, but it’ll be an annoying foot-slap to the face
Spinning Hook is just too satisfying. I have problems with doing roundhouse to the head rn cus of flexibility issues, but adding that spin makes it so that i can actually kick to the head
Dont forget with the side kick, theres 3 ways, the one shown, the step up, and the step through, pair step through with proper hip stacking and bone alignment and its pretty powerful
For m, the best deception kick has gotta be when you go for a hook kick, but rotate into a roundhouse. I may not be good at kumite, but it's too satisfying to use
Nat, The audio sounds of this video of yours over power the sound of your kick in the punching bag! The music so loud, didn't hear anything from your kick! Love the sound of your kick shows how strong you can kick in different angles.
Personally I enjoy landing the back kick even though on impact I do it very softly. Even when doing pad work the back kick can feel scary when you receive it It's the whole setup and risk when they're coming in and you land it which I find enjoyable
I actually learned the other day that the Crescent kick, when it was first popularised by Savate, wasn't intended to be a damaging kick - it's more to tangle their guard so that you can follow up with something on the now uncovered area
For point sparring in my dojo, I get most of my points from the spinning hook kick. Sometimes I'd get points from roundhouses, front kicks, and punches to the head and body, but yeah this is pretty accurate. I do Kajukenbo.
Wrong liver kick is the best and it hurts more then the groin and it’s the most painful place to get hit in by a punch kick or knee it’s the worst thing ever. It incapacitates you and you just can’t take it it’s too painful and drops you immediately and can knock you out. The liver shot is so bad it hits you like a truck. Watch a mma video of someone getting spinning back kicked in the liver it’s awful
Tysm for making martial art vids that are actually entertaining. I'm in taekwondo, got any tips for it? And if you see this, maybe could you give tips for taekwondo moves?
I saw an old ITF Taekwondo fight where one of the fighters landed an absolutely devastating flying side kick. I’m gonna participate in a tournament next year and try to recreate that. Either I’ll land it, not land it, or kick too hard and get disqualified
i like using question mark kick or back kick back kick cause it devastates people question mark kick because it does good damage and confusing for opponent
Hi Nat, after having just recently been involved with and watched a karate competition (not competing) I have learnt that most clubs have a specific kick or punch that their competitors will use consistently, our sensei loves to use hook kicks because not many if the other clubs do. What is your go to move if you have one? Do you agree on one specific move or a combination? 😊
You gotta set it up. If you throw it out from nothing, your opponent is gonna see it coming a mile away. You could condition with jab > low kick/front kick, then surprise with a jab > axe kick
Back kick is my favourite, I used to struggle with it, but once I got more confident I realised just how powerful it is
u got any tips?
It's a rib breaker

I agree, tough to get it right but a beauty when you do get it right
The groin kick is a sure fire win
You can only use it against 50% of people tho
Usually girls don’t get into fights…. So it’s more like: you’ll be able to use it in 90% of fights
You only get you use it on half the population
@@Aurum-Aquaristnot true you can hit anyone with that but hitting the liver is 100x better anyway
@@maxwell6881 kick with the tip of your foot and point your toe out
@@Aurum-Aquarist Im disregarding all variables and assuming your just pit against a random person on earth.
Most spammable: oblique kick (I think)
That shit evil i almost broke a leg with it
The opponent's knees:💀💀💀
My favorite kick
This got to be the most hated kick
I like to throw the oblique kick but rotate my leg to the inside rather than outside for more power.

1) stretching
2) fast hit from close range, TKD players usually use this kick immediately after disengaging from a clinch. It won’t knock anybody out, but it’ll be an annoying foot-slap to the face
Your kicks are a work of art. (Yes, even the crescent kick xD)
Thank you hahah👊👊
Side kick and then spinning side kick (head) it's crazy
That would be a face shot mate. I'd be careful in the sparring ring
I do taekwondo and let me guess, you do to
@@B04blaze absolutely
I think my most awkward kick is an axe kick but my most satisfying kick is a tornado kick, it’s just fun to do
my teacher is constantly pestering me to work on my axe kick because i'm really tall, which makes sense, but it's still tough
@@amodius2207 you gotta stretch real good
Great call... been working on the axe kick for sometime but its abit tricky especially with the flexibility and snap it requires
@@kevinu6004 yeah and thing is if executed well an axe kick can score some heavy points

Front kick faster than Roundhouse is crazy 💀
First one was straight out of shadow fight 2
Spinning Hook is just too satisfying.
I have problems with doing roundhouse to the head rn cus of flexibility issues, but adding that spin makes it so that i can actually kick to the head
No sé le frontal a la mandíbula también es muy K.O. excelente video👍👋👊
Yes definitely👍
Back-kick is dangerous
Back kick can be strong and fast if you practice it well 💪
The satisfaction in roundhouse kick🤝🤝
Hitting the pad just right too👍
The most fashionable and hardest kick is the 540 spinny spinny kick (official term).
that spinnin kick one of UFCs best onesss
Heel kick used in Wing Chun, used to kick opponent off-balance followed up by a strike to the back to the head.
My favorite out of all them is the side kick nat im also working on my purple belt 🥋💪
OSS ✋🤛🥋
Nice👊keep going!
Yo bro I've been following you for a long now and you really helped me with my techniques ,so thanks man!
Nice bro, keep up the good work🤝
The front kick is the most effective kick, and more painful than it looks to be hit with.
Spinning back kick to the liver is always a W
Dont forget with the side kick, theres 3 ways, the one shown, the step up, and the step through, pair step through with proper hip stacking and bone alignment and its pretty powerful
Personally even though it I'd simple I quite enjoy the sick kick the most, my second favorite is the spinning hook kick
For m, the best deception kick has gotta be when you go for a hook kick, but rotate into a roundhouse. I may not be good at kumite, but it's too satisfying to use
I use front kick and roundhouse most, but my favourite kick to land has got to be the questionmark kick.
Nat, The audio sounds of this video of yours over power the sound of your kick in the punching bag! The music so loud, didn't hear anything from your kick!
Love the sound of your kick shows how strong you can kick in different angles.
My least favorite one is probably the crescent kick because I just can't get any power behind it
My favorite kick is the question mark kick, looks cool and it's super effective
Most deceptive no.2 low roundhouse face sidekick
Good observations Nate.
Personally I enjoy landing the back kick even though on impact I do it very softly. Even when doing pad work the back kick can feel scary when you receive it
It's the whole setup and risk when they're coming in and you land it which I find enjoyable
I love low kick so much, i often spam low kick in sparing it's easy and you won't lose balance
I actually learned the other day that the Crescent kick, when it was first popularised by Savate, wasn't intended to be a damaging kick - it's more to tangle their guard so that you can follow up with something on the now uncovered area

I 10,000% agree!!!! I did TKD and doing a crescent kick was by far the most awkward
Reply to Nat , it is true that the results of Three Lions were not very good
😩😩
Keep up the good work and win the next match 👏👏🦁🦁🦁🏆🥇
especially when the roundhouse hits to the head, then you feel like a absolute champ but of course the sensei never sees
No better feeling for me then a question mark kick that bends right around the shoulder so they don’t see it coming
Yea that’s a really nice one👍
Spinning hook kick/wheel kick all day
Oblique kick is the most effective but kinda dirty
Bro I've been doing crescent kick the whole time?! No wonder I always feel awkward sending a front kick😭
😂😂yea no wonder your front kick is not having the desired effect
the best one is the spinning hook is really works
You and Sensei Seth should collab!
Would love to👍
bruce lee's side kick is gonna be a devious finisher for people that build momentum quick
Now combine "low kick" and "side kick"
Respect for most bruce lee kick edition💪
All the kicks are good except for the crescent at end. Reverse crescent is where it’s at👍
The snake kick too its just a roundhoyse to a teep
The back kick and side kick.
But the best one to get a reaction is the question mark kick.
Yea I agree👍
Crescent kicks are actually so awkward, especially learning how to actually get power out of them.
I like the skipping side kick allot like bruce lee,you can put so much power in that kick
The roundhouse kick is also known as door shuttingkick in the Seven Star Praying Mantis system
Most Iconic Kick: Nat's Back Kick
Hey nay what is your karate academy name plss tell me...... Btw love your content ❤❤😊😊
Thank you, I train at a shotokan dojo👍
I would probably says the front kick and the low kick because its just fast and easy to use, also the low kick can knock someone legs out.
Yeah Side kick is my favourite and tornado kick is most satisfying
Tornado kick cus it feels like a finishing move😂
Now i see the difference based on the effectiveness👍👍👍🥋🥋🥋🥋💯💯💯💯
*GROIN KICK IS THE BEST!!*

Just asking out of curiosity but can you do a brazilian kick? Because I find it REALLY deceptive!

Strongest kick : Friendship kick
I feel like the brazilian kick is definitely on the debate for most deceptive
Knee the groin💀
The low kick will always be there for us

I like side kick
The axe kick is something Ill never manage to pull off, I feel like its very telegraphed
Is all about Timing and Speed if you train hard even a Average Jab could became a Strong Attack.
I used Axel Kick in Spar to weak the arms of my opponent even when they defend their arm would became more weak when I land that kick.
You gotta set it up. If you throw it out from nothing, your opponent is gonna see it coming a mile away. You could condition with jab > low kick/front kick, then surprise with a jab > axe kick
Most Bruce Lee kick would be that variation where he skips, but the question mark kick is also quite iconic
