    hello ano kaya problema ng modem namin may internet po siya sobrang lakas ng signal kaso laging na wawala yung wifi blink niya tapos hindi na siya makita sa cellphone yung wifi need ko pa i connect to LAN CABLE TO COMPUTER para ma access yung site ni globe at home tapos iON yung wifi na 2.4 tapos 5g wifi nag automatic off talaga siya 3hrs pa lang nung kinabit samin up until now ganun na every minutes sinusumpong

      Possible yan WIFI interference try mo change the wifi setting on channel assignments..

    Sir ano po kaya gagawin ko po after ko mareset ang globe athome fiber ko no internet connection nadin po xa after reset.ganyan din po blinking din po ang GPON pero no internet

      if na long press nyo po yong RESET Modem need po reconfigure yong username/password sa PPPOE account nyo po; much better to REPORT it to GLOBE ONE APP para po ma technician visit then matulongan kaau mag configure ng modem nyo po; since challenge rin kasi yong Configuration ng modem; if naka IPOE naman po kaau babalik agad yong Internet connection nyo po if okey lang.. mas okey talaga ma REPORT na TECH VISIT po para matulongan kaau..

    Ganito problema ko ngayon sa globe @home internet namin wala internet light indicator. Hindi rin siya nag red. Pano nyo po inayos yung internet nyo? Pinatay at in on ko na po wala parin internet

      Try to Reboot your modem, paano mo nasabi mahina ang Internet? Ano mga apps and streams ang ginagamitan nyo po? Pa check rin sa speed testing?

    hi good eve po,yung globe modem po namin ayos pa naman nung bagong kabit and pag naalis kami ng bahay tinatanggal at saksak lang namin and wala kaming pinipindot sa modem and nung sinaksak namin yung modem isang yellow light lang ang naka on and yung rest walang yellow light hindi rin naman red light
    ano po yung pwedeng gawin?sana masagot?hindi po namin alam ano pipindutin kase sabi nung nagkabit wag daw gagalawin yung modem.

      salamat sa pag bisita.. pa check nalang po if until 5mins is hindi pa nag bootup yong modem.. pa try ng on-off yong modem interval of 5mins.. if di talaga mag bootup sa 3 times.. then report na po natin sa GLOBE AT HOME app para po ma tech visit po.. para rin yan kasi computer need nyo po eSwitch OFF Properly po para di ma corrupt yong bootup nya.. salamat SUBSCRIBE po kaau!

    Ano kaya problema pag bigla-bigla nag ooff yung PON light? nagdidisconnect sa lahat ng device then maya-maya babalik din.

      Possible Low Recieved yong modem nyo or defective yong modem.. or masyado ma init ang modem turn it off for 10mins then balik ulit ON.. dami factors bakit naputol2 internet.. start by power off muna..

      hello best way to do is booked a TECHNICIAN VISIT since Blinking PON is about provisioning so they can check it on the back end of the Provisioning! also while you request ticket indicate there is NO internet and the status of the MODEM.. thanks

    Sir ano po gagawib ko dli nmn blinking pon steady nmn lahat except sa internet. Naputolan kasi tapus nakabayad na din ako agad pero di parin bumalik yung internet ko active na po ang account namin di na temporary disconnected.. ano po ba pwedi ko gawin.po

      @@ElmerShox umiilaw nmn po tapus nag text na din taga globe sakin na reconnect na dw yung linya namin sir.. tapus sa PON umilaw di nag biblink. Ang internet po is nag biblink sya tapus kapag naka connect ako bumibilis ang blink

      hello, baka po Outage related yong wala po internet ninyo.. etry po power off modem for 5mins then turn ON if wala p rin po after turn ON.. pa report nalang sa Globe One App para meron ticket sa onsite visit malalaman rin if meron outage sa area po.. salamaat

    Ganito ang problem ko po ngayon. Mas na explain mo pa po ang problema pag ganito kesa sa nakausap kong service rep. Sana man lang may ibigay na idea ano ang problema. Pero hondi po eh puro pa sched ng tech visit lang sinasabi. Naloloka na ako salamat po

      for Blinking PON it is related to transpose fiber or na duling pag splice or possible OUTAGE related.. ang dami kasi factors kaya matagal rin na restore.. unless meron po talga mag report sa CUSTOMER SERVICE since sila mismo mag advise ng mga TECHNICIAN para site restoration po.. thanks!

      @@ElmerShox salamat po sa info sir. Naloloka lang po ako kasi prepaid pa namna po ako sayaang ang 3 days ko pang natitira na load. Ang instruction nila sir na ako mismo magpasched kasi may bayad na 500 para sa tech visit para masched po agad.

      If your on Prepaid booking technician onsite visit is 500 pero proven na Network Problem Refundable. If your on monthly postpaid free po request ng Onsite visit proven na wala ka internet connection and NO Network related problem sa Area nyo..

    Boss pa help po, RP2715 yung Version ng modem ko, mabilis po yung internet nya after kopo mag reset ng router kasi palitan kopo sana SSD ID nya, bumagal napo sya, yung POS ok nman po hndi blinking, yung LOS hndi nman po naka red, pano po kya yun sir

      hello, for your case mukang need nyo po ma CONFIGURE ang modem ng USERNAME/PASSWORD para po sa PPPOE session.. since sa tingin ko po yong issue nyo is 49kbps it means your session is not allow through the internet.. kasi naka STEAD naman yong PON; how about internet LIGHT nag iilaw po ba ??? much better to report it sa GLOBE ONE APP para ma contact po kaau agad and ma help sa pagconfigure sa modem.. sana maka tulong.

      nag mali lang yong splicing ng fiber kaya yong Fiber technician pa rin yong naka resolve nito po.. Blinking PON means unauthorized sa port yong modem kaya di maka kuha ng session.. need kasi yan econfigure ng maayos pero sa case namin namali lang yong splice fiber kaya BLINKING pon.. salamat SHARE nyo na rin po if meron kaau na tutunan.. salamat and subscribe..

    Hi sir, yung globe fiber po namin walang internet since ma-install nag biblink blink lang yung green light under ng internet. 3 days na po siyang ganun, hindi parin maka connect. No internet connection pa din. Ano po kayang ibig sabihin nun?

Maayos naman yung wifi namin nung dalawang linggo na pero mga 1am nawala at bumalik po ulit pero nag ka problema po sa 5g wifi network, mahina po yung bato ng signal maski dikit na po kami sa router pero yung 2.4g po maayos lang naman. ano po cause neto at paano ayosin?

      hi, by default po yong 5G na wifi mahina po talaga siya since high frequency is short Range po siya.. then i would recommend baka meron network activity sa lugar nyo kaya nawawala during 1am po baka network maintenance.. please check also baka meron INTERFERENCE yong 5G nyo Wifi Analyzer app para makita if meron kau kaparehas na channel.. please SUBSCRIBE po kaau! salamats

      hello, possible affected mo sa outage kay if long outage naa man jud issue na dugay ma resolve.. maau na na report kay para file mo ug rebate.. for now that solution nag hulat rako sa official information naa jud outage sa area affected ako internet connection.. bsta importante na report sa Globe at home app.. salamat subscribe

      hello, for globe concern mas okey mag report po kaau sa GLOBE ONE App libre po yon and wala kaau babayaran sa technician... pwede po kaau mag connect ng LAN cable then configure nyo po yong RADIO ON para ma balik yong WiFi po.. or pwede nyo LONG PRESS YONG WLAN na button sa left side ng modem para ma enable ulit.. marami salamat sana makatulong..       Yes, possible sa MODEM need to be define ulit sa system.. kasi pag BLINKING modem meron SALIWA sa Fiber Cable papunta OLT port; or yong Modem is hindi na Define sa System kaya hindi Authorized to Authenticate kaya wala tau internet.. SHARE and SUBSCRIBE!

      hi po, hindi naman agad mag disconnect yong globe regarding sa hindi pag bayad unless meron na kaau over duon sa credit limit.. so far pacheck po ng status ng modem nyo.. try muna POWER Reboot modem OFF ng 5mins tapos turn On ulit.. if check if LED lights if meron naka Pula.. pa report nyo po agad sa GLOBE ONE APP po para ma gawan ng site visit

      UP but the Rx level is threshold or below the threshold in which hindi na maayos ang communication between OLT--ONU so much better report it sa GLOBE ONE APP para ma rectify yong HIGH LOSS Fiber optic po.. baka na bend lang po yan.. ACTION item pwede nyo rin ma Direct yong DRop fiber sa ONU port to isolate the patch cord.. SHARE and SUBSCRIBE

    Sakin almost 24hrs blinking red Yung LOS then submit ako ng ticket concerning internet outage sa Globeone app then after an hour or two, Nakita ko ngbblink Yung PON tapos Wala na Yung red light ng LOS.. ntry ko na lahat basic troubleshooting na sinesend nila through fb messenger pero di gumana. So I just observed kung magkkaron changes . So after mga 8mins Nakita ko nlng steady na Pon then reconnected na internet..
    Hirap lng, we don't really know what's going on. Masaklap lang hintay ka ng hintay sa tech or kung Meron ba mging improvement sa pagtroubleshoot mo. Prob smain Yan na mga ng w'wfh. Sabi ko nga, kung ako di mkkapagtrbho dhl Walang internet, ano kaya ibabayad ko sa kanila?

      yes minsan nakaka inis pero po marami factors yong LOS minsan yong fiber optic cable ninanakaw or na sagi ng mga nag lilinis ng mga sanga sa Kahoy yon po yong saklap na katotohanan po na marami fiber optic cables na nasasagi ng truck minsan.. kaya hindi natin ma blame mga ISP kasi gusto rin nila sulit yong connection natin! salamat po sana bumalik na internet nyo.. same tau cases last time buti nalang ngayon okey na connection.. subscribe po kaau

      salamat po.. yong issue pala nito is na salingwa yong FOC splicing kaya yong MODEM ko is unauthorized naputan sa iba OLT port na hindi allowed ang mac-add ng onu ko.. kaya Blinking lang ang PON kasi "UNAUTHORIZED MAC" salamat po SUBSCRIBE po kaau!

    hello po,yung samin po,yung samin po NKa Los din po,nagbblink2 lang,dati nagyari na to pero saglit lang ngayon almost 10hrs na wala pa din internet,nag unplugged nako knna ,nag off na din ako modem wala pa din😢,first time mangyari na ganito ktagal,ano kaya posible reason boss?wala na man kami pending na bayrin ,

      if LOS expected putol yong fiber nyo po from Modem papunta OLT. much better to report na agad sa Globe One App para ma site visit.. then if Outage affected naman po ma restore po yan then mag sms yong globe meron outage sa area.. salamat and share the video if it help you.. thanks

      is that newly installed? it means it is not yet provisioned on the system.. if not much better to still file a Report to Globe One App to have it technician visit.
