    Love the ethos of a clean kill and minimum wasteage

    Would these or the mega 155 grain be better for blacktail deer in Oregon United States?

    J’ai c’est balles en 308 . J’ai encore jamais essayé / je sais pas ce qu’elle valent sur les gros cerf en Ardenne Belge et sur les gros sangliers. J’ai peur de blesser beaucoup. ???

    You should be shooting barnes x bullets copper hollow points designed in the 50's have been taking game animals for decades in a variety of calibers

    Where is the plastic tip that someone might be deadly allergic to ?

    I don't want to seem like a sceptic but was the Naturalis fired thru the timber panel as it was not shown in the clip unlike the first round.

      Yes, it was. This is for real. I have killed moose with Naturalis- it really does the job. I filmed this. Get a box and try for yourself. Olli K. (I filmed this, and I do not work for Lapua)

      At 3:25 you can see the imprint of the plank (as discoloration) on the bullet. Also, at 4:30 wooden splinters are visible in the gelatin along the cavity. It is a good video on this great bullet. I just bumped into it because I transition from Swift and Nosler hunting bullets to lead-free ones.

    I'll stay with lead Remington core-lokt bullets, that copper made bullets doesn't convinces me at all...

    Why is there no Naturalis in 150grains ? This is the perfect bullet weight for 308.

    Is it true that the 6.5 x 55 is still one of the most popular moose cartridges over there?

    • @staalnacke1
      @staalnacke1 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +1HeavyHitr Well its probably the most hunting bullet for bigger game. Deer moose and even bear sometimes

    That's very interesting. I will buy a few boxes of Lapua ammunition for my 30-06. If it comes from Finland, it has to be good cause that's where my wife comes from..😁

    11 grams, still weight 11 grams? So is the ballistic tip material weightless? Also, try shooting it through just the ballistic gel without the simulated bone. That lead bullet is still going to mushroom. That copper bullet is basically going to pinhole right through the gel...

    • @georgejohnsmith
      @georgejohnsmith 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The plastic tip weighs less than one tenth of a gram (1.5 grains), so it is practically weightless. Also, these bullets mushroom just as well in bare gelatin and ballistic soap.

    If they made this stuff in higher bc and weights with a sd of 300 and higher it’d be a huge hit on the states.

    bits of wood hard to tell the difference between that and led.. you are leaving out the obvious points that the plastic remains inside the animal, the amount of meat effected by the led is extremely small and I for example pick bits out along the wound channel the close range wound channel and the led left over are NOT the point copper is a great choice for 5/600 yards and less and a bad choice over any longer range for hunting elk.
