Meh found the person who hasn't read jojo, no you can't. you can be born with a stand or aquire one through special means, but it's not a technique you can learn. there are stand-based techniques, like stand jumps to allow gliding, but you have to have the stand first.

Real talk I legitimately love how increasingly defined Crazy Talk has become over the past year, from a throwaway joke to a Stand that honestly sounds like a real Stand from the manga.
Kiyosuki that's because pat is so wrong so consistently to a degree that astounds people. games will bug out just to prove him wrong, AI will go berserk just to prove him wrong, the only possible explanation is that something is causing pat to be wrong.
Yes. It'd actually be such an impressively powerful Stand if only it weren't so inversely useful to the user.
Which is funny because that sort of humor is really true to Araki as well, the idea of a character with a power that's actually amazing...but its sabotaged by one single thing, namely that it only works against its own user.

I'm so sad that my favorite Crazy Talk moment isn't in here. It's the one where Paige was in the DLC fishing village in Bloodborne fighting one of those giant fish monsters and Pat says "Honey, you can't keep swinging at those guys, they're impossible to stagger," AS SHE STAGGERED IT.
I'm sad that my favorite and possibly Crazy Talk striking either by altering history or not doing much due to how insane it was when Pat declared Frank Sinatra to be a terrible singer... it's on camera during Samurai Cop and you can visibly see Matt completely dumbfounded by what he just heard, turns to face Pat to see if it was a joke and returning to watch the movie with the phrase "wow, got that on the record..."

He does talk a lot about how he has a baby dick and seems pretty sure of it. Yet Paige seems to indicate otherwise several times over so maybe he's somehow already started harnessing its power through sheer insecurity. I still like my idea for his stand being "No Doubt" and it's ability being "Don't Speak" because it won't hear any opposition. I didn't even know about Crazy Talk until this video but its almost exactly what I envisioned "No Doubt" being. Also I think Pat would HATE having his stand being named after No Doubt and its pretty important that he actively hates his stand and his stand hates him.

God I love [ CRAZY TALK ] it just makes me think about what a fight with that Stand would be like in an actual Jojo part.
I imagine it would be this fucked up rollercoaster fight where Pats confidence in himself determines how the fight goes at that moment. *"Ha! I have you now!"* yells the protagonist as they go for the finishing blow! *"Fuck me! I'm dead!"* Pat cries, fecal matter shooting out of his pant leg. In that moment the protagonist finds himself beating at unbreakable defense as [ CRAZY TALK ] activates and changes the world. *"Wait! No. Nevermind! I guess I'M INVINCIBLE!"* Pat proclaims as he stands proud after seeing his incredible Stand defend him, not realizing his words have activated his Stand again and made him the weakest creature in the world. Rinse and repeat.
I kind of imagine it would just end up as an argument where the protagonist just gets irritated. "Are you strong or not?! Stop this shit!"
The fact this video isn't hours and hours long is completely underselling how powerful Crazy Talk is.

No it's not necessarily, like his 'sucking' at dark souls at the end. His stand just doesn't care how it's actions affect the stand user, who tends to state things in a manner where him being wrong would be BAD for him.

「CRAZY TALK」 is a reality altering stand that activates when the user says something they believes to be true. The stand will change the reality around them to make what they say become false completely at random. Its unpredictability and inability to control, as well as the fact that the user must believe in what they say for it to get changed, keeps it from being on of the most powerful stands, and often becomes an inconvenience for the user. So much of an inconvenience that the stress caused his hair to fall out.

Crazy Talk is probably one of the most powerful stands ever made. It seems to be almost as powerful too DIO's "The World Over Heaven." If Pat could only learn to control it.
