I’d watched f1 before with my dad but never enough to know a lot about the team or drivers. But this game and your series has really got me hyped about racing and it’s probably one of my favorite sports to watch now.
I went to the race last year (I live an hour away) and it’s a whole day of activities. There is live music, multiple different races, and just a bunch of stuff to do.
Man i remember those tires and that year. I started on f1 around 2000 and have seen schumacher win almost every time in indianapolis. Been in the rain and beatin heat and f1 was super. Big names were M Schumacher R Schumacher, R Barrichelo, F Alonso, Kimi, juan pablo montoya. Theres many more but man those were the days. Still enjoy it but cant make the texas races due to finances. I know your normal style of continent is to put out let’s plays, but maybe you could also do an F1 created player and maybe create some sort of a storyline and have fun with it, and also create more F1 content. I don’t know just a thought I had.
Try going one gear higher in the corner and that will stop the car from drifting or losing the back end. I usually shift down a gear lower on tight corners to get the rotation and then I quickly upshift before accelerating. This stops wheel spin. Also if you feel the car wanting to lose the grip, you can’t short shift up the gears to stop this. Hope this helps.
I have been to an F1 race before on the circuit of Americas. My family sat right by the track and we had to wear headphones because it was so loud. It was a fun time.
Trev when ur in changeable conditions ask jeff for a weather report on the radio and he will give you hints about when to pit and for what tyre. Loving the F1 vids😋

being in a higher gear exiting a corner means less wheel spin so the rear end is less likely to step out , so the first corner you go in at gear 2 whereas gear 3 would be way faster
Thanks for the f1 content! I still think you can go for the suggested or less gas to be lighter. Just use lean on corners. Have you thought about playing that floating island game again? Would be nice and peaceful 😊

Haven't watched F1 in a long time lol.....US GP rotated between Long Beach and Detroit last time I followed the series. Am enjoying the game so far! Nothing against 704....but if codemasters could get the nascar license too....
I live in Texas and 5 hours away from Austin where Circuit of the Americas is at I wish I could see a race there soon Edit: I saw the 2021 Nascar Cup Series race at COTA
At the end of season 3 in my career I had to adapt all Durability, Chassis, and Aero upgrades lol, I only had a few durability ones left to do, couldn't adapt all of them, set me back in season 4
@@edandchris5752 25% races, but after I won the drivers championship in season 2 racing every race I basically played the game purely as owner, managing everything and simming races.

The like right left right left turns in a row are actually fun in go karts because u can just get in a grove and lean with the kart and the f1 cars are just oversized go karts right?

Renault was a big contender back in the mid 2000's, Fernando Alonso being their star driver (as everyone said, you were driving his R26 at the invitational). Now... Not so much. Then again... McLaren is doing good with their Renault powerplant, Lando Norri S getting P5 in Qualifying this weekend.

You could use tire condition when driving. See how tire condition looks. Extend laps based on it.
