In my opinion this is one of the greatest diss tracks of all time. It’s one thing to simply rap over the Hit Em Up beat, it’s another to copy the flow of the original song with his own rhymes as part of the diss. The creativity this took..

This is great, but Em's verse on Not Alike is just as fire in terms of a diss record... much more dense, more technical. The older stuff was more vicious, but new Em on a record is lyrical mastery. Love both versions of Shady.

Yeah lyrically when it comes to structure wise, the new Eminem is actually better than the old one.
The old one was more angry and more venom in terms of the things he said.. he was dropping the F bombs or calling people bitch or gays.. but like in terms of structure wise and building the song and all.. the newer Eminem is actually more dangerous ..
