I feel your pain to Lewis but my advice to you is to live life the way you would if you were still together and talk to her everyday in a way that would make her proud of what you have achieved during the day, even if its a simple thing like cooking a meal for two... eat it the following day with the thought that she is happy enjoying a meal with someone else that means the world to her like mum or childhood friend. I wont say its easy to do, its taken me years, but when you change sad thoughts into happier ones grief gets easier to manage on a daily basis. Once its easier to manage to can then let appreciation in and the tears become happier ones. If its early days for you then be patient and kind to yourself. There is a cycle of emotions you have to go through before healing can begin. Sensing love light and healing and hope your heart mends. She will come and get you when the time is right so find peace knowing she is just around the corner 😇

I have been trying to visualise the scene from many days but as I start to visualise although being in a drowsy state, my sleep disappears and I reach a fully conscious state. Also nothing seems clear to me and my mind gets drifts away somewhere else very fast during visualisation.
I try to bring it back but then my feelings about the scene disappears.
At last I get very disappointed and shut down everything and sleep sadly.
Please help me out what should I do and how to improve.
