Plus, high blood pressure and other hives. I was one ticking emotional bomb, I had a good mood only when I drank alcohol. So my way is in line with the way I look at the world, that is, I see life. It is the most precious gift and it is completely free, people do not appreciate life because they actually only live two days during their entire being. When they are born and when they die. I am trying to celebrate life, to live life to the fullest. And that's my way, which is when something bad happens to me, something happens. The rain will find me somewhere, one day I would probably be swearing in the heavens or trying to wait somewhere. Now the rain does not bother me because I break everything down into prime factors. Rain is water, we are water, water is life. They assigned me to harder work with increased stress, I explain to myself that it is an excellent training in managing my anger. In addition, I try to do it as soon as possible thanks to which I have free fitness. You have to find your own way to think positively. Good luck and I keep my fingers crossed

Hi I understand you perfectly. since leaving 2 years ago in fact, I was dead. I lost everything, all that was left was an empty shell, no will to fight, no desire to live. I often wondered why I was still walking this earth, taking oxygen, when I was a wreck of a human being needed by no one anyway. I had nothing and no one, and the stench was stripping me of the rest of my humanity. And it was then, once again, that divine providence showed me the way. A different path, made me reflect on myself. How much a man can do when he has a clear mind. It seemed to me more and more that someone was talking to me through music, poems, films. I noticed signs, directions from where the voice was coming. I don't know how, but my mind was absorbing metadata of information and processing it into relevant to my as it turned out journey. I had never experienced anything like this, as if this voice had turned me from 10% activity to20%. Better memory, concentration, after a while my brain wanted to identify the mysterious voice. After reading a few articles on human behavior, I began to notice a difference in the way text was posted< small capitals, punctuation marks, style, or even individual emoticons.I think I have found my voice and I know who it is, that light that I wanted to fix, but was actually shining brightly, only I was standing in the shadows. I want to show you that there is no dead end situation and fate has a strange sense of humor, but fate led me to my voice and the light gave meaning to my life. My path is already leading in one direction, and everything I have done so far is bringing me closer to my Universe. My goal, my chosen path requires me to constantly improve myself, to fight with myself every day, to be a better version of myself. Now I know why. Don't cover yourself with loneliness, don't hide in the shadows, Grief is a natural thing give yourself time for it, but don't move away from your loved ones, don't make my mistake. Give your life a meaning, let yourself be carried away by passion. Let life and light guide you in happiness again. I will be very happy to help you through, to support you in these difficult moments.
