My new toy Aussie is 4 weeks old now. I get to go see her daily and play with her so she is used to me already when i get to bring her home. I can't wait to bring Bailey home where she will be so loved and cherished. She is double registered, and thankfully my landlord sold her to me half price. As I am now disabled, her full grown size will be just right for me to be able to play with her as well as go places with her. She has already brought so much joy into my life in her 4 weeks of life.
Cooper is awesome!!! Very well mannered and loved by a wonderful family. I hope to be able to train mine to be like him. My mini Aussie is very well trained as well. I have had her for 3 years, except for the last year, in which my daughter has kept her for me. Our current landlord would not allow pets indoors, and charged an outrageous price just to keep her outside. Now that she has been at my daughter's house, my daughter said she is keeping her. As soon as our landlord's toy female had 2 puppies, I went to their house and picked mine asap. Thankfully the one I wanted was a female. Her markings on her face are so beautiful.

Love this video (just like all your videos :-)) May I ask why he has no tail?
Most australian shepherds get their tails docked when they're a few days old, to prevent infections because they're typically herding dogs. When going through large grasses, their fur has the tendency to get things stuck in them, and their tails would often get infected. Now it's more for the look though, but I do understand how much stuff gets stuck in his fur, he once swallowed a foxtail that created a large cyst in his throat :/

I can’t believe I’m only finding your videos now! I too have a Mini-Aussie (although she really qualifies as more of a toy because she only weighs 11 lbs!) She looks as though she could be Cooper’s twin sister. Her name is Darcy and she too turned 2 a few months ago!! She’s an amazing dog.

Cooper is 15 lbs! There are websites which tell you the difference of whether they're a mini, toy, or regular based on height.

I’m trying to find out what size my Aussie will be when he is full grown. He looks a lot like your dog. Do you have record of what your dog weighed at 10 or 11 weeks old?

Hey! Yes, unfortunately, Cooper has chewed my couch, my parent's couch, and other things. We've crate trained him so he has his own space when we're out and about, but just because they're small, doesn't mean they have any less energy (:
