Everybody's entitled to their opinions, but that's why we're not the Judge or on the Jury, nobody was defending Him or Her I was just simply stating that it's not Attempted Murder, it's definitely careless / negligent & should have handled their self better, but we weren't there... The person could have been Dead from Heart Attack or having a Seizure, we Simply don't know. I don't think anybody would intentionally try to run down children, I bet the brakes went out I've seen several videos like that where their brakes was going out, that's why school buses shouldn't be pulling and parking in the middle of the main street they should pull off the side or some side street to drop off children and their parents should be picking them up. It's stupid to have a system to park in a main road or highway to block / hinder traffic in the middle of the day. It's just not a good system, they need to pull off on a side street.

Based on the lack of shoulder, and narrow lanes, this is NOT a main road. Let's not even consider the fact that school busses exist to transport students to and from school and eliminate the need for anyone to pick up the student, which you are suggesting needs to be done. Now, based on the driving of the ranger, there is very little chance that the brakes went out and the vehicle couldn't stop.
You can't go off exemptions and assume. I don't know about this situation if the bus driver should pulled off on to a different street or not, I was just suggesting that I see a bus stop on a main Street all the time and I think it's stupid because there's 10000 cars come through there on a daily basis, and I've seen other buses do the same on other videos that are very busy Streets, it's just safer to pull on a side street instead of trying to make it convenient for themselves
