Is this water based dye ? and if so then it it watered down ? I use a similar technique only I use rolled up pieces of cotton t-shirt and a dabbing motion.

I saw someone using natural seasponge for texture dyeing. Is it worth spending 20US$ for pack of 6 very small pieces.? I need an opinion, if you have used it 🙏🏽

what do you use for applying the paint. is that a cotton cloth?
I used soft felt.
Cloth is also possible.
