Partially. Most parts are made in Austria while the receivers are made in the US to get around US import restrictions. Outside the US in countries that allow private citizens to own stuff like AUGs will probably be 100% Austrian made.
Ok good to know. H&K guns says made in the Germany but that could be only marketing scheme. They arrive in pieces (finest disassembly level) and H&K USA assembles them together (not particularly sure about receivers though) Anyways yeah I never owned a bullpup but my first choice is definitely Steyr AUG
@@dayeeoliver I know HK handguns are made and assembled in Germany except for some HK45s are made in the US. The SL8 and USC are all German however the MR556 and MR762 are similar to the AUG where some of the parts are from HK Germany and the rest from HK USA.
