@@AlexRollinsNFL This has ALWAYS been Brady's weakness - the Saints have destroyed him for years because we've been able to get to him, even when he played for the Pats. He doesn't throw as well on the run as he does when he can set his feet. If you let him stand in the pocket, he's the GOAT. If you knock him around, he's MERELY above average.
The saints defense has been a Super Bowl defense the past 3-4 years and I think it goes to show how good of a defensive coach Dennis Allen is. They scheme well against most teams except mobile qbs. Jalen hurts has made this defense look like a deer in headlights in two matchups. I also think the bucs defense is another elite defense and have been the past few years as well. As a saints fan these past two years it’s been different because the saints are so used to having an elite offense with Brees and Payton but now without them it goes to show how great these two pieces were to our offense. Lastly, finally Demario gets some love he’s a great linebacker who gets snubbed from pro bowl, madden ratings, etc probably bc he doesn’t get the media attention he deserves but great video!
Since 2017 really. The Saints will never win a Super Bowl with Jameis Winston, though. He chokes under pressure - its too ingrained in him. He did it a LOT with the Bucs, and though he's gotten better, he still throws it up when the game's close and he's under pressure. You can't fix that. I love Taysom, but he's shown that he's not a long term answer to the Saints QB problems, nor is Andy Dalton. We need to bite the bullet and spend a draft pick on someone who can be a franchise QB. We should have done it in 2020 - its probably the only move by Sean Payton in the last few years of his time with the Saints that I really disagree with - though I understand he was still thinking about trying to get one more Super Bowl before Brees retired. Winston's not trash - but his problem isn't fixable, and so he'll never be a real replacement for Brees.
@@vortex3419 Kinda like how the Bucs destroyed pat mahomes in a super bowl 🤣 Can’t imagine you couldn’t stop a QB when your getting pressure with 3 and 4 players along with elite coverage .
Thanks for acknowledging Davis, he’s a top 5 lb in the league. Also for those who think he has the edge because Brady won the divisional, Brady only managed to get 3 field goals on drives that didn’t come off turnovers. It literally took the worst game of drew Brees career for Brady to win.
I’m sure the content creator will have more to say on this but I’m curious if part of it is that 1) they are mechanically better blockers and receivers than most RBs and bring more to an offense in those roles than a RB would have in relative advantage if the play audibles to a run. But 2) I wonder if it’s about personnel matchups. I’ve been thinking for a few years what if a team reverted to a power I formation, using a fullback and blocking TE. NFL defenses are built way more around defending the pass and the spread. Linebackers are sometimes the size of safeties 20-30 years ago. I’d be curious if you could just overpower modern defenses. As DBs get faster and more used to hitting and blocking against speedy WRs, FBs have a way bigger power advantage either blocking or running with the ball
Brady is going out ugly, which is the purest form of competitiveness there is. It's why Jerry Rice ended his career randomly and quietly with the Denver Broncos, Emmitt Smith ended it with the Cardinals, Babe Ruth ended it with the Boston Braves and Michael Jordan ended his playing days forgettably with with the Washington Wizards. A true competitor usually doesn't end on top. They far more often end their playing days scraping by, desperately asking for just one more chance, one more opportunity.

Another top tier analysis Alex 🙏 I suggest you make a video on the 49ers. They’ve been crapping the bed for absolutely no reason and I’m honestly puzzled they’re not 3-0. Keep up the good work
Also, last week during the Steelers game, on a deep pass that was caught over a Steelers defender that went for a touchdown, one of the announcers said, "He went up and caught the marble rye." I thought, "Alex would be proud." Then after a few exchanges, the other announcer said, "It was real and it was spectacular." I thought, "Okay, now he's just stealing Alex's material!"
Bucs have also had quite a bit of bad luck vs. the Saints: first Brady game of 2020, Bucs were pretty clearly the better team, but it's a new offense with no offseason for covid, and receiver errors resulted in two turnovers and a narrow loss. Bucs offense did really well first Saints game last year, but their defense gave up a blow coverage deep TD, then second game they had a rash of injuries and it all went to hell. Brady is still the second fastest time to throw this season despite also being 3rd deepest average target; the problem was the Bucs kept running on 1st down up the middle for 2 yards (the single worst consistency in this offense these 3 years) so Brady had to keep overcoming 3rd and long despite. Which is all to say, the Saints are a bit of a mirage. Yes, they play the Bucs tougher than most teams, but of course, the Brady Bucs have barely lost ANY games to teams not named Saints and Rams. I don't see the Saints as some intractable problem for the Bucs. Bucs are really deep this year. They have the best defense in the league. Brady will lead the best offense in the league, yet again, once his receivers are back. The weirdest thing of the past 20+ years is every year the sports media comes in doubting Tom Brady, and every year he blows away all expectations.
Bruh the Saints beat the Bucs twice last year, once with a TE as QB, and then Trevor Siemian as QB for the other. Don't act like the Bucs are the ones that are with "bad luck" lol
Can't forget there's always like 4-5 drops a game and 1-2 dropped TDs and tipped INTs that greatly sways the number. This past week for instance the bucs were missing 3 of their top 4 targets and then Evans went out so then it became 4 of his top 4 targets. And they were also on their 3rd LT so that completely removed using TEs from the game. But sure it's all the saints.

ok, Brady might look old in the first two games, but really the lack of production is not his age or skill dropping off, the offense is injured and cant pass protect, if you see the offense they are runing max protect almost every time he drops back. the offense looks different but thats a testament to the GREATNESS of Brady. He above all understands how to win and is just playing to his strengths which is his defense. the reason these other teams arent in the game is because Tom wont force whats not there, thats why he won over Winston. that first dean pic wouldnt have happened because it A. would have been a better throw out in front, or he wouldnt have seen that it wasnt there and went elsewhere, even if it ended in a throwaway. Brady is the goat, and he is proving it yet again in his last year, even if to the regular fan Brady is looking washed
Would you say that it has worked or hasn't? I mean JG wins a ton of games and was right on the brink of beating the Chiefs in the SB. I think this video explains why he can appear so wildly consistent
Every time brady has lost a playoff or serious game in the past 10 years, it's been due to his receivers or offensive line being injured. A healthy bucs team is not losing to anyone
Its so fun watching the Saints make Brady look terrible match-up after match-up. Unfortunately, Saints fans were reminded that Mr. 30 for 30 himself is still their quarterback and deemed it was time to strap on the cape and carry his team right to a loss.
I think think 2 high safety is about to go away, teams know the run game has to come back, so fast powerful safeties and lime backers are about to be gold. The buccs showed the blueprint and now the nfl is ahout to to copy it, it just so happens that that style of defenses is the best way to stop their QB
Bucs will have the game but no cakewalk. I think the Buc's will start late and win the game late. This is going to prove Tom's true worth as he has no "elite" recievers he takes paycuts for to help him this coming game. I am going to be bold and say Bucs win 24 and Packers 21. Probably OT as well. I like both teams too and wish Davante Adams was still a Packer. Is Aaron not in the same boat as well as Tom? Exciting stuff.
I apologize… I knew The Saints ran a ton of the robber coverage but I thought they did some of the same thing the Bills did which you spoke about last video.. Salute
The Saints went 9-8 with receivers who might not be on another team's practice squad and four different QBs last season. Including two wins against the Bucs. Wanna come up with another argument?
@@ljessecusterl that’s great cause every receiver on the Buccs thats healthy right now besides Russel Gage belongs on the practice squad. And they’re 2-0 👌🏽with more than half o-line decimated or gone. Hate more.
@@ljessecusterl That's due to scheme, not talent. The Arians Leftwich offense does not focus on schemeing guys open and relies heavily on talent to make the concepts work. When it works a qb will usually have more than one open man any given play which gives a qb like Brady who can speed read a defense a big advantage. Problem is when you lose the match up advantage they don't have many pre practiced plays to scheme guys open. Green Bay is the complete opposite, with MLF's scheme all about getting guys open through clever playcalling and outplanning the defense.
It's a bummer that the Saints built an amazing defense as soon as Drew Brees left. Brees would have won another Superbowl if he had anything close to this defense throughout his Saints tenure
How to make Brady average..? Age him to 45, injury to all his top receivers, o-line has to be rookies and injury riddled. Take away Gronk. There you go.
The Bucs are really knicked up. They were last year as-well. Brady is winning the Superbowl this year so idrc abt the Saints aslong as they don't injure our players again.

So who are you going to bet on on Week 13? :) I know it's early, too many things (injuries primarily) can happen in 10 weeks.
Thank God for Jameis Winston then, eh? He really delivered last Sunday for the Bucs in a tight game where the Bucs offence struggled quite a bit.
Wonderful, as always.
Thanks man!
Brady will certainly look better once the offense gets healthy. But the saints have had a complete defense. Stars are every level who can matchup across the board. Few defenses can do that
That's the not-so-secret secret: When you can just man up the other team, you will dominate.
Revis Island, Prime Time, Champ Bailey, Ty Law, etc.
Almost all of Tom's wort games... and Peyton's, and others are vs man coverage.
Especially all those Belichick vs Peyton playoff games. Beat them tf up at the line
Love the video. Best part is from 10:40 on
Thanks!
Awesome point on Brady’s eyes at the start of the snap!
Thanks Will!
Part of this is Brady's recievers being injured
Thanks. Now the NFL is gonna send him off on top like they forcefully did with Peyton Manning.
@@1NumeroUno Saints were the best team yet they lost to an inferior Rams Team because the NFL Scripted the Game. It's not about who has the best team or best players. Football is entertainment
th-cam.com/video/TofGuOnLm0A/w-d-xo.html
@@1NumeroUno No tf they wasn't barely even snuck a win
@@1NumeroUno that entire season they won many close games. They dodged the Steelers without AB and Bell and then got a wounded Pats team all at home. They were worthy champs with that defense, but easily coulda lost on the way
ok, Brady might look old in the first two games, but really the lack of production is not his age or skill dropping off, the offense is injured and cant pass protect, if you see the offense they are runing max protect almost every time he drops back. the offense looks different but thats a testament to the GREATNESS of Brady.
Man, this guy is on the copium hard, where can I find some of that?
@@chaps7976
Yeah, this is some grade A spinning lol
How long until you do a "I was wrong on Tua and Jalen" video?
If they continue playing like they have been, probably like a month. 3 games isn't enough
That's some great info there.
Would you say that it has worked or hasn't? I mean JG wins a ton of games and was right on the brink of beating the Chiefs in the SB. I think this video explains why he can appear so wildly consistent
At a 1:44 , wr on the 42 hash mark was clearly held.
How to make Brady look average: have all his offensive starters injured.
The Bucs beat the Saints in the play-offs when the stakes were the highest and the pressure was greatest.
Keep that same energy when his wide receivers come back
This is just the best analysis. Bar none.
Thank you my dude!
I think think 2 high safety is about to go away, teams know the run game has to come back, so fast powerful safeties and lime backers are about to be gold. The buccs showed the blueprint and now the nfl is ahout to to copy it, it just so happens that that style of defenses is the best way to stop their QB
Damn I was right lol
"everything fell apart" after Evans got ejected, but thats when they scored 10 of the 13 offensive points?
I’m confused who won the game though??? 🤔
Jameis did more for the Bucs than Tom.
No thanks to Tom lol
1 win in 5 regular season games. That's some Cowboys fan shit right there.

@@youstinklolgotakeashower did Tom turn the ball over 5 times??? I think NOT!! Now Shutup & sit in the corner
That’s so weird I swore Tom Brady was 23
23 plastic surgeries maybe
Bucs will have the game but no cakewalk. I think the Buc's will start late and win the game late. This is going to prove Tom's true worth as he has no "elite" recievers he takes paycuts for to help him this coming game. I am going to be bold and say Bucs win 24 and Packers 21. Probably OT as well. I like both teams too and wish Davante Adams was still a Packer.
Is Aaron not in the same boat as well as Tom? Exciting stuff.
The secret to shutting down Tom Brady? Pay off the officials...
I apologize… I knew The Saints ran a ton of the robber coverage but I thought they did some of the same thing the Bills did which you spoke about last video.. Salute
The lack of receiving talent really does not help
The saints defense was good from 2017 on. All 4 of those playoff losses they just had something go wrong
Greatest ever and can’t sell play-action! 😂
Can we get a CJ Stroud video?
Yeah! But during draft season is probably when it'll come
How to make Brady average..? Age him to 45, injury to all his top receivers, o-line has to be rookies and injury riddled. Take away Gronk. There you go.
For the love of god can you lower the intro volume by like 30%?
Ugh that was horrible to find out
Remember when he beat them in the playoffs en route to a super bowl?
Step 1: Make him play in a competitive division
The Bucs are really knicked up. They were last year as-well. Brady is winning the Superbowl this year so idrc abt the Saints aslong as they don't injure our players again.
If you wanna make TB look old. Just drop something on the floor, as a fellow 40 yr old I can relate. And then at 40 you make someone younger pick it up for you! TB gettin it done son!
😂
Good job saints. I grew up in nh, and while not really a patriots fan, but Brady is a traitor to me
Pissed off at his O line*
Someone should show Joe Barry this video
How to make Tom Brady average: take out his top 3 wide receivers
Through 2 games, Brady hasn't looked like Brady. Its only 2 weeks in, but he isn't the same player the last couple weeks
Because barely any of the WRs Have played.
Last game it was mostly 2nd and 3rd string WRs playing Bucs are not playing at full strength at the moment.
Plus Bucs are focusing on running alot more this year then last year.
@@JDBass36 thank you someone with common sense also down a left tackle at the moment & has been putting the best defense in the league in position to win the games
@@nyphenom3802 Finally someone else as well is not just looking at the stats.
There's context on to why the Bucs offense isn't high flying so early compared to last year.
Best throw of the weekend was Brady to Perriman TD. Brady looks like Brady.
@@JDBass36 Is there a reason behind running the ball more? Beyond the typical, "to stay balanced" excuse? I mean theyre run to pass is 50/50 as of right now with teams like buffalo at 60, kansas city over 60, and miama at almost 70% passing. Only 6 teams pass less right now. And the best of those QB's are jalen hurts, who is a weapon with his legs so that makes sense. Its also a big drop off from last year for tampa bay. 64% to 50%. Which was the highest in the league last year. Chances are brady is fine. However from what I've watched the last two weeks, he isn't the dominant brady of old. Not in those games at least
Injure his oline?
Sorry but he's missing his Center, Guard, and Left Tackle. Oh not to mention 2 of his top 3 receivers in both games because of injury or getting kicked out the game. I don't know any QB that will look good under those circumstances young or old. Hell I'm a diehard Colts fan who actually lived thru all of Brady's years with the Pats so I guess I'm just saying this from experience and trauma but let's pump the brakes on how old Brady looks until he gets some semblance of his real offense around him. At one point he didn't even have the backup Center to Jensen right? Yea nobody is going to look good with all that going on
Also you failed to put the saints love to hold jam in the receiver is good but holding the receiver come on bro he just beat them again too give them a beating beat down who that saints.
So that's why they always beat the bucs. .. Damn. . You'd think the Rams would have the players to cover everyone on the bucs 1on1.
I don't think they have the power. You stick Ramsey on Evans and then who do you have for Godwin?
@@AlexRollinsNFL ohhhh.. I thought Darious Williams was an all pro corner. I guess I'm wrong.
I hope you send this to the Packers
After the Latimore/Evans ejections the bucs dominated the game. Bucs have won the games that matter the most. Playoffs
Oh noo, you gave brady insight
But then Evans Will Smith'd Marshon Lattimore 😂
😂
I wish Tom Brady would quit while he is way ahead
Joe Barry take fckin notes please!!!
look old? i mean he is already old regardless.
Wait! Wait! I have the answer to this question.
Shine a light on him. The womenfolk already think Jimmy G is prettier.
