If I want to land a compliance or risk focused jobs in Germany where should I start and what route should I take to end up there and also I’ll be doing a business degree
I m not aware how much work experienc you alraedy have GRC Roles often require atleast 3-5 years experince. Releavnt certifications like CISA / CISM / CISSP are also very helpful and may be taken as starting points. Also German mandatory for GRC Roles
@@FirangiFiles so there’s no an entry level role in grc ? Because I have no experience and I thought roles like junior grc analyst would be a good starting point
please understand there is NO Written Rule for such aspects. Logically GRC professionls must exhibit elaborate Technical and Adminstrative understanding of typical Risks that a Business faces. A fresher may or may not possess such wide and practical understanding. Also, no flat rule applyis to each and every company on Earth. There may be firms who are ready to on board freshers for GRC roles.
GRC needs German Fluency as a lot of communication with external/internal entities is required. Also, GRC is best for 5-8 years experienced professionals
Thank you Boris, you gave me a lot of confidence from your encouraging words!
I'm glad!
