    34:00 look at Rips face, he calculated that this L is gonna land on him and it's 100% his fault... so he tries to help Sajam at the last minute. But it's too late Rip... it's too late.

    Tekken 7 online sucks pretty bad right now. I'm beyond disappointed in BN. SFV should not play better online than your game BN. Why would you take away ranks and player tags? Stupid shit.

    • @Gellus
      @Gellus 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      bumpyface228 You can already restrict by rank before entering warmup and removing names is a good thing, now people can't dodge someone better than them

    • @alejandroc2143
      @alejandroc2143 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Gellus but you have the option of choosing what opponent you go up against. it was good for not playing the same person again, I think I'm missing your point.

      Less loading and better connections than street fighter. I'll take it.

    • @BastardMan
      @BastardMan 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      You're not getting it. Say you bump into scrub_katarina97 who shows up as a 4 bar connection. Dude ragequits on you after losing two rounds, or turns out to have an unplayable connection, or whatever. Before you could be like aight, if I get matched with scrub_katarina97 I'm dodging that kid. Now you have no choice, unless you turn down every 4 bar connection that challenges you. All you see is the connection and the dc ratio now, NEITHER of which are accurate.

    How the hell do these so called pro players keep losing to beginners online? What a joke.

    • @TheAgeratos
      @TheAgeratos 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Being a pro doesn't translate to knowing every character, especially in Tekken where there is so much to learn about one.

    • @The_Meta_Human_Project
      @The_Meta_Human_Project 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Actually Tekken characters are more similar to each other compared to 2d fighters like SF and KOF. Its just that these guys get too cocky in the match with beginners and then when they decide to get serious its too late. But also tekken is the type of game where a beginner can take a win off more experienced player simply by mashing and getting lucky. But still, these guys skills are very overrated as you can see, tekken is not the type of game where you can fuck around since damage is so high, but its surprising how lacking their skills and execution is. Also not knowing the character is no excuse, these guys have put in 1000s of hours into this game, every iteration, every mechanic, for decades and they literally lose to people who have a few months experience. Its pathetic.

    • @TheAgeratos
      @TheAgeratos 7 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I think you and I know they aren't really taking the game serious in this video. If they were, they'd be using their mains and matches would be a cake walk. I've watched all of them play tournaments and I'm sure they aren't in try hard mode for such a relaxed video like this.

    • @The_Meta_Human_Project
      @The_Meta_Human_Project 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well these are supposed to be pro players, not using their main is no excuse to lose to amateurs. If I was to play against a pro starcraft player or pro CSGO or Overwatch player, there would be nothing I could do in the match even if the pro was only going 50% effort, I would get demolished. These guys are way too cocky and think they can take the match after fucking around and showing off for half the round, but they can't, even when they focus and try they lose. Same thing happened to Punk on Excellent Adventures, too cocky and lost a ton of games, but at least it was against players who were platinum level at least, these Tekken guys drop games to 9th Kyus and beginners. It makes fighting games look pathetic, that some random scrub with 1 week of experience can beat these so called pros. I dislike cocky people like this too, I've gone against these types in real sports often, think they can't lose so they fuck around and then they end up losing, and like these idiots, they never learn their lesson. Theres videos out there of 3 grandmaster players in Overwatch beating 6 bronze or silver players, 3 vs 6! And Overwatch isn't even considered a real high skill cap games. I think overall fighting games are way overrated in terms of skill cap and difficulty and skill ceiling. And videos like this make the FGC and fighting games look like a complete joke. People who are casuals will watch this and think fighting games are a joke. And tbh if these so called 'pros' cant even beat 1 week amateurs then it is a joke because you will never see that happen with competitive RTS, Strategy and FPS games.

    • @TheAgeratos
      @TheAgeratos 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The main difference between an RTS, FPS, and Overwatch compared to fighting games is that you can't button mash your way to victory. All those games require some sort of proper thinking, while with fighting games, things can be executed just from button pressing -- which is a problem and something we have to deal with. There isn't a consequence for button mashing, while in other genres of video games, there are (consequences) for doing noob things. That being said, I don't think it's right to compare these things because it's like basketball and football; A football player can look at basketball and be like, "I can shoot a ball inside a hoop, easy". A basketball player can say, "I can catch a ball and run down a field, easy". That's just surface level stuff. Whether it's sports or esports, there are different skills when it comes to what you play. In Starcraft, you aren't worrying about frame data; in CS:GO, you aren't worrying about whether you need an observer to seek out cloaked enemy units; in Overwatch, you aren't worried about some guy with an AK wrecking your entire team and clutch winning the match. Although I agree with you that some casuals would watch these laid back videos and think fighting games are a joke, we know there's more to it than that.
