Man, my DNA is half Danish and half irish, but I grew up in Southern California decades ago and Marcelo's Sabado Gigante skits really give me the feels.
@@CalebJacobs1981 A lot more than those two are missing (though I didn't watch the episode, just the skits that have shown up online). I haven't seen Danny DeVito, John Goodman, Bill Murray, Dwayne Johnson, Christopher Walken, Will Ferrell, Ben Affleck, Justin Timberlake, Drew Barrymore, Jonah Hill, Woody Harrelson, and quite a few others.
I really enjoy the bilingual direction SNL is going with some of their skits. I don't understand all of the Spanish, but it's a beautiful language and the comedy needs no translation.
I swear, since the cancellation of Paul Rudd’s pre-COVID Five Timer show, it’s seems like SNL has turned him into their personal guest punching bag 😂😂😂
This was even better than the first one. I think it’s amazing Marcello can get sketches ENTIRELY in Spanish on the air in the first place, but for everyone to be in on it? For the humor to cross the language barrier? That’s special.
God, when my grandmother used to watch Sabado Gigante when I was a kid, el chacal would creep me out for some reason. Now here he is again haunting my SNL videos some 30 years later 😅
Yeah, he was the "mini-me" from that episode. He only hissed and didn't talk in that one. He must've been good enough to return. I don't think they repeat child background actors usually on SNL.
I remember flipped channels and found something similar to this on telemundo when I was a kid. I knew nothing of what they said, but I couldn’t help but keep watching 😂
To those of us that were raised watching Sabado Gigante I can say this is 100% what the show was like and Don Francisco would be damn proud. This was hilarious!
brosnl really wanted to give us a good xmas with all these cameos. bro has a tear in his eye. I may need to see a doctor before I go blind. This tear feels more like a cut. bro is crying blud. ohio.
Id be offended! If the craziness, the hats, the random songs and dances and the chakal were not so accurate, I grew up watching this…. So yeah, and Marcelo is a great Don Francisco
Marcello has to be one of the best casting choices that SNL has made in recent seasons
They were actually considering getting rid of him until he saved the Bad Bunny episode. That's when they realized how invaluable he was.
CITE YOUR SOURCES
Didn't expect this to be a recurring skit! So happy to see Marcello nailing it :)
@@play__ball I'll take all of this ya got!
Lol if you ever watched Sabado Gigante you understand Marcelo’s hats 😂 and finally we got the Chacal ! 🎺
Lol
Man, my DNA is half Danish and half irish, but I grew up in Southern California decades ago and Marcelo's Sabado Gigante skits really give me the feels.
Marcelo is not funny at all and annoyingly is dramatic with his accent...homie is not good....I vote him out foo sucks
@@jesusflores2324 ah so you're racist.
I don't understand why your criticism for a sabado gigante parody is "annoying" and "dramatic". That's a very accurate summary of the show?
Man, Marcello is just a joy. And Paul was great in this as well.
Even with my limited Spanish, it's funny to understand what Marcello is asking and saying so it feels like I'm in on the joke. These are hilarious.
I love that Paul Rudd has been popping up randomly throughout the night.
loads of comedians have! All of the 5-timers club are on set tonight
@ellibobble1655 except for steve Martin and Chevy chase.

@@jonmendelson1104 I know. I just remembered those 2
@CalebJacobs1981 well, I think Chevy Chase is permanently banned from SNL.

It has been wonderful, they really hopped on the spanish humor last season and have been doing more since.
It's not hard, just keep watching spanish stuff.
I dont understand any of the Spanish and I still like these ones 😅
Paul Rudd is a damn vampire! He's looked the same since I was in high school!
I feel like I called customer service and accidentally pressed #2 🤣
😂😂
#2 is where the fun is at
😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Lmao😂😂😂
I liked that they incorporated Paul Rudd and Dana Carvey but Martin Short would have made it even better.
I swear, since the cancellation of Paul Rudd’s pre-COVID Five Timer show, it’s seems like SNL has turned him into their personal guest punching bag 😂😂😂

I love this skit and Paul Rudd lied, he knows a lot of spanish.... he said Cuatro!!!
Loved "English Hint" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
My family used to watch Sabado Gigante every week for years, which is why none of this is out of the ordinary to me.
I love that they made it a recurring sketch!!... The chaotic vibe on this is irresistible!!
Sábado Gigante was my childhood every Saturday and I still miss that show
Nothing like it ❤!
I lost it at the 8 Mile reference
Mi gringo favorito!
Sí. He's everyone's gringo favorito. Even among gringos!
VDD !!! Paul Rudd mi gringo favorito
So perfectly done. The timing of these guys is incredible. Truly amazing. 😂😂
"Como se dicé yOu kiLLeD hiM" took me out 💀💀💀
Marcello was born for this! He really is a regalo to the mundo!
The guy behind Paul Rudd is the same one that appeared in Adam Sandlers family reunion. I still remember him because he reminds me of Tony Danza.
I love that Chloe Fineman introduces it. She left her fiance for this ever since the Ariana Grande episode 😂😂
Explain please
? Yes I am lost

You're an eejit. Different characters from different sketches on a sketch comedy programme. Focus on your therapy.
@@noahmagana137 Go watch the Ariana Grande episode.
We're never going to be able to get rid of this sketch now.
I'm such a fan of Marcello❤❤ , thanks to him I can speak español now!. I don't understand what I'm saying but I speak it pretty fluently🤣🤣.
El Chacal, my dad would laugh so much with this, miss him so much.
Crazy the crowd didn’t notice the complete change in hats halfway through
God, when my grandmother used to watch Sabado Gigante when I was a kid, el chacal would creep me out for some reason. Now here he is again haunting my SNL videos some 30 years later 😅
Wena wn! Más Sábado Gigante!! Excelente 🇨🇱🙌🏻
La Navidad es fuerte!
Never doubt it!
Palms are sweaty, Me a weak (?) Momma pagetti! lmbo 😜😭😂😂🤣
Is Dana Carvey playing Martin Short playing English Hint?? Couldn’t find Martin otherwise
¡Amo Sábado Gigante!
Growing up with my sweet Abuelita makes this skit especially funny to me. The "Santa vampire" had me lol!! Feliz navidad, todas'!!!!!
Marcello is my favorite cast member.
So happy they did another one.
The real Don Francisco gave his blessings after the first one.
I wonder why the wonderful Mike Meyers never appears on these reunion shows? Sure would be great to see him.
Ditto ... would have been a great callback to the vintage Chris Farley/Japanese game show skit
MORE SPANISH BITS WITH MARCELLO THESE ARE ALL GOLD.
Yup 👍
No thanks
The nuevo daughter is cute. She seems to genuinely love Rudd. 😂
I still sound like Don Francisco whenever I speak Spanish.
Marcello, thank you for rejuvenating something from my childhood.
Dana Carvy came back to reprise his Chinese man character.
I grew up watching sábado gigante as a kid and damn well im gonna watch this as an adult!
I think strong Baby Jesus was the kid that played Zoheth, son of Ishi who beget Ben Zoheth from the Nate Bargatze Halloween episode last year.

I used to watch this back in the day...😂 with my mom and gma... shout out to Don Francisco ✌
People who watched Sabado Gigante were expecting La Cuatro to show up when Paul Rudd said "Cuatro".
Marcello is so awesome!
Marcelo has so much Fred Armisen vibes
To those of us that were raised watching Sabado Gigante I can say this is 100% what the show was like and Don Francisco would be damn proud. This was hilarious!
Marcello is the best! He nails every single skit
Clueless everyone is nate whole schtick and i do love it 😂.
"Mother of mercy, I don't speak Japanese!!" - (Chris Farley)
Marcelo is pure comedy gold !
Love it! Marcello is amazing and he has been incredible on SNL!
A new family got me good 🤣.
I speak no Spanish and this was funny as fuck being as lost as Paul
I need a Walter Mercado sketch
Marcello is nailing all the SNL skits!! best decision from SN to cast him:)

I may need to see a doctor before I go blind. This tear feels more like a cut. bro is crying blud.
ohio.
Snl gets one spanish speaker and goes all telamundo 😂😂😂😂 i love it though even though idk what the fuck hes saying
Wish martin short was in it. He was only in 2 sketches
My new favorite recurring skit
This gives me that same anxiety I get when I try watching a telenovela to improve my Spanish 😅
My parents always ruined my Saturday night when they watch that show especially toonami aired at same time. 😂🎉
Ill be honest i didnt understand anything Dana Carvey was saying 😭

As soon as I saw the Univision logo, I knew what was coming 😁
😅😂🎉❤if Sabado Gigante were wickedly awkward yep
SNL makes Sabado Gigante look like an award winning number 1 show.
What? No Domingo? We want Domingo!! 😱🤪
I've always wanted a new family for xmas!
We need more Paul Rudd and more Sabado Gigante!
I’m just waiting for Padilla’s breakthrough sketch. Her expressions are hilarious and very old school in a good way
Sabado Gigante, one of my favorite shows 😂
“I don’t want this!”
Wait Greg went from having millions to holding a damn baby 😅😂😂
I still need to see more hats.. sabado gigante was insane, they should get to participate somehow Don Francisco it would be nice
Don Francisco watched and commented on the last SB sketch here on YT.
It's like I called customer service and accidentally pressed #2. 📱😂
I forgot i was watching SNL
it brings me great joy to see Sabado Gigante on SNL
first ever full Spanish sketch? this is sick yo
Paul Rudd popping up was a delight
I used to watch this after school lol why is this so accurate?😂
