But as per IS 1893 part 2, consideration of water in two parts one is Impulsive (you can consider it easily in STAAD) and second is Convective or moving water (not possible to model in STAAD). For convective water mass if you want to use analogy than use SAP. And for without using analogy use ANSYS. Hope you get your answer.
