As a Dallas resident, i can say there is no reason for this many people to be unemployed. This is s big city with a booming economy and tons of work available all the time. If you're able-bodied and unemployed in Dallas, it's by choice.
The repo man was grossly unprepared for this battle. He needs to be fully equipped with books and employment applications.
Back in the days when I was towing out of Dallas, driving into work, I would say its time to go hit the concrete jungle, and soon after I started calling it the Dallas Jungle. This isn't a racial term it was just my word used to let everyone know I was on my way into work.

I don't like that the tow company puts all those cameras on the truck. If I was a tow drive I'd want to drive in secrecy the way a tow drive in the 1980's would have.
