So I have tried the recipes and I am back for some FYI that some of us were asking. The Brownie mixture you will only get 9 brownies as it fills just 1 9x9in pan. As far as the cheesecake mixture, I doubled the recipe and still only got 6 containers at best. So the suggested recipe you'd probably only get 3 maybe 4 at best. I made 14 cheesecake cups and needed 4 to 5x of cheesecake mixture than what the recipe called for. If you plan on making a lot to sell, I'd suggest to make a ton of cheesecake mixture just to have you covered. Other than that, her recipes came out very tasty and my customers raved over the cheesecake cups.

Another quick way you can do the strawberry shortcake is to take the golden oreos add a small amount of butter and strawberry jello in a food processor or mincer added until you get your desired color.

Don't they have to be Refrigerated to be able to sell at a pop up?
I plan on packing mines in advance. Then making a dummy wising styrofoam and paint for my display while keeping them cool using the cooler.
