Point is doing from a good university where you are sure to get a good job after it. The problem is, if it is not reputed tough to get in. So, masters is better that to from a standard university.

The problem with online courses is job opportunities. Doing from top tier colleges helps get better jobs.

Medical field not compulsory. But doctors have a bit of advantage as they no the other side of running a hospital. But not a must.

There are specific TISSNET books available.. check then online..
