I teach at the school that Father Calloway attended as a Sophomore in Japan before he was arrested and deported (Zama American High School). Father Calloway does not exaggerate his story. His sophomore picture in the yearbook shows the image of a lost, demented, soul in the depths of spiritual struggle. As I see him now, I am so uplifted to know that the greatest teachings today come not from our public schools but from the teachings of the Church. God bless Father Calloway! I am going through RCIA now and wish he could be here to minister to me.

Fr Calloway's story shows that God is never finished with you until He's got you. But things can get worse before it gets better. His story is very encouraging. Nothing is impossible with God so it gives us hope. This is one of the best testimonies I've ever heard.

Go fr donald we are w/ u as prayer warriors of chaplet and the rosary! We need valiant frontliner like u in this battle. And we believe mama mary and jesus are still molding priests and religious like you to form great army in the church today. Because our generation is a mess inside and outside of the catholic church.

I would go to mass all the time just to listen to this priest. Growing up as catholic, made go to mass every Sunday, had to be there, had to listen to this boring mass , going to mass as a 15yr old teenager wondering ,. I'm going out tonight what will I wear. If this priest was holding mass then I would have gone to mass every day. he's magnificent. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Father's conversion story was worthy of an Emmy., Ioved it. And it was so funny the way he told his story.. I think he's great and when I saw him tonight on Father Alar 's story I had to make that on EWTN but repeated on U_tube we all think he is so great.

I was always under the impression that Saint Joseph had little written about him because the apostles and early church wanted to make sure that converts were not confused about who Jesus Father is. The best way to not let confusion get a foothold was to to just NEVER mention who his earthly foster father is. People at that time were know by Son-Of... rather than a surname so they just made sure Jesus was Son Of God.

The church was Very Wise to also bring into the doctrine the veneration of the Holy Family because they wanted to downplay the teaching of Father going against son, Mother against daughters.... Jesus was not recommending the destruction of the family and the church wants to make sure that people honor the family just as Jesus did with Mother and Foster Father Joseph. Also, women think that the church mistreat women but again in her wisdom they presented Blessed Mother as the NEW PEFECT women in absolutely perfect every way. She is the model for every woman and just forget about Eve. Women have always had a bad rap, especially in the Protestant people because of Eve but now women have a WONDERFUL role model to be proud of. Women should step up and take back their seat of honor with Mary as their queen.
