I am actually surprised that Super Size Me movie was not mentioned in this segment. Morgan literally ate McDonald's for a very long time. His results were pretty much bad at the end. I highly recommend watching it. He dives deep into the fast food industry, specifically McDonald's though. I just have to say that he did become addicted to the food at one point during the movie. Like he was really craving it and then got sad/depressed when he wasn't eating it. Good movie. Go watch it. I think it's free here on youtube.
@@boohere2 heard of it but never watched it fully. Yes health wise not ideal but Micky D's breakfast hits good and chipotle is one of my favs with the burrito bowl. but yeah maybe should give it a watch for my interest
@@JLummin I know the movie is old, but you should watch it. I haven't had McDonalds breakfast in so long. Not since my teen years. Chipotle, I used to have it before the outbreak they had. Ever since the outbreak they had, I never went back. I guess I should try it again. I only got their burritos and rice
I'm so dedicated to eating that I do it everyday.
Chipotle everyday is not that bad
I ate cup noodles everyday for lunch for four years.
I graduated with my bachelors degree and have since stopped.
Can we get a heart scan on the Big-Mac guy??
My homie once ate the same exact chipotle bowl for lunch every day for 78 days straight
I have been drinking water since birth.. Beat that!
It was fun to finally see Andrea Swindle. Hi Andrea!!🤗
Food is fuel 🔥 and food is medicine too 🏵
food is also insulin resistance and diabetes
add me to the list these past 2 years i’ve been eating white rice with marinated shrimp topped with black beans, edamame, potatoes, cucumbers and spicy sriracha mayo drizzled on top almost every day
I eat a combination of the same things through the course of a week for the most part. Healthier stuff and I only cook at home. Life got better after Taco Bell for me. I lived on it in my teens and 20’s and my body was a cesspool then. I won’t say someone can’t maintain a healthy exterior on fast food if the caloric intake vs activity ratio is right but it’s still processed junk. What we can’t see here is what the fast foodie’s organs look like. Everything on an ingredient label matters. Period.
people will eat the same lunch day after day cuz it’s the only consistent thing about their day
This reminds me of that 2004 film, "Super Size Me," where Morgan Spurlock ate nothing but McDonald's for 30 days straight as part of his experiment.
And immediately got high blood pressure lol
@@walsh9354 Yeah. I also remember seeing that movie too since I used to watch it in school many years ago.
Poor people eat spaghetti for dinner a lot. I don't see the news reporting that.
You can eat whatever you want, just maybe not as much of it (at a time/day) you want. As long as your active. I eat junk food everyday but maintain a nice 169 pounds (5'10) because I work a physically demanding job. I'm 29 now. But during my late teen/early 20s years I was around 250. That's because I didn't work a physical job and I still ate bad. I've never been on a diet and never stopped eating what I love, it's all about being active.
69 haha
Check back when you're 39. I guarantee you gain weight or have to change your diet
😢 if I look at foos to long I gain wait... and my job is physically demanding 🥲 cries fay salty tears 😢 😭 🤣..
As you get older it’s more difficult to stay active. And it’s more difficult to stay thin.
I like how nobody mentions that it’s a privilege and maybe poor people or just average people would like to eat the same foods too
I thought eating the same thing everyday was normal lol apples and peanut butter is my life
I'm 24 years old and for years now living on my own every meal consists of either frozen pizzas, hot pockets (pepperoni pizza flavor), and pizza rolls. Every meal everyday.
That's going to have a negative effect later in life if you continue those eating habits.
@@am12576 already has a negative effect. I have also drank every day from the time I wake up until I go to sleep, that started at 18.
@@Joseph-it3rf Well, the good thing is that you're still young, so it's not too late to change your life.
@@am12576 addiction is one of the most powerful things in the world. My problems and life experience run very deep for my age. I don't see a sober future for myself.
@@Joseph-it3rf With that mindset, you really won't have a sober future. But I wish you the best.
My dad has been eating the same breakfast on weekdays for the past dozen to fiften years.
Robloxian.
While dating my wife 32 years ago, I ate nothing but Taco Bell for supper everyday for 9 months
She ate home cooked meals at her grandmas. She was done by the time I got home from work but she rode through the drive thru every night with me
Taco bell burrito supreme "fresco style" , grilled. That has been my order for like 5 years it's yummy, filling, and supposedly only 340 calories.
Every day. A space, inside edition - from the grammar police.
Actually I get 1000 calories a day by eating healthy food at breakfast and dinner . I’m not used to having lunch , I only drink tea at 4 pm . I like soups and fruits , rice and quinoa 🥰
Say hi to Ben for me
That's nice healthy
@@MrThegenral1 What ?
@@nk2023 yes I weigh 98 pounds actually . That’s fine . I recommend to go walking for 30 mn every day 👍🏻
@@jenniferlopez3554 only 98 lbs?? What's your height
I did this years ago when I was overweight and I ended up getting very healthy and slim! as long as its natural its usually not bad for you!
Have been watching you for 2 years
Can't imagine eating same thing. I switch it up every week and eat a a lot of different veggies, meats, seafood, various milks, tubers, fruits and I even incorporate exotic stuff like insects on occasion. I get them at my local Asian store. Last week, I made various dishes, West African style. This week, I'm having yakutian originated meals.
I ate nothing but pizza, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas for about 6 years straight. I think a person could survive entirely on pizza for life.
definitely
Yeah if you define "for life" with bout 40 years 💀
10 days eating sandwich. Should I make it a month?
I love chicken wings with hot sauce and a cold sunkist orange soda 🥤
The Black mans diet
i bet that guy makes the best lentil soup in the world, because he makes it out of addiction
I’ve been eating rice for 30+ years. Can I be in this too? 😂
I am 30 years old and I've been eating oatmeal everyday with 4 whole eggs...I mean the same recipe eeeeeeverrryyyyday
I've been eating pretty much the same sandwich for lunch ever since pre-k, I'm currently in 10th grade.
I’m 27 and I have ARFID for my whole life. Would love any tips or to meet people who deal with the same issues. It friken sucks.
I was a picky eater, and I know it’s not the same, but watching tv shows or movies where your favorites te character eats a fear food has helped me out a lot, I can eat eggs now and it has helped me be a lot healthier.
I ate 2 McDoubles a day for a few months, easily over 6+ months when I worked at my old job. Gotta use those app deals! Lol
McDoubles slap
This is me with oatmeal for breakfast.
That lentil soup ain't no joke y'all looks delicious
Idk all I remember is the fish and a rice cake guy meme
I'm the same way about Taco Bell and spaghetti. I could goes days without switching up
I love your vids and content!!
i eat packs of Ramen 🍜 everyday when i dont feel like grocery shopping
beef, shrimp, chicken or pork?
@@P8860 Shrimp and chicken 🍜😋
The only ppl who can give a honest answer when they ask “what would u eat if u could only eat one thing everyday”
I've eaten the exact same 5 foods for almost 25yrs now ...
Strawberry smoothie for breakfast or brunch
Either Ceaser salad wrap or ham and Swiss sandwich
Either chicken or steak with rice no veggies
Only water and or strawberry smoothies/shakes to drink
🤷♀️
No clue the calories cuz I don't care it just tastes really good lol
Don't care about the nutritional value either ... my clothes fit nice I feel good and the docs say I'm healthy aside from my cancer so it works for me... 🤷♀️
@@chlorhex6785 yeah I ws diagnosed with a brain tumor when I was 6 and then again when I was 15, 26 and last year at age 41 the docs told me that one of the tumors or possibly one of my fibroid had become full blown active brain cancer... ultimatelt tho my type of cancer began when I was just a child and has absolutely nothing to do with what I ate or currently eat
Y’all should add my Girlfriend cause everyday is McDonalds
I had pancakes everyday for 5 years straight, still my favorite food.
I almost always have white rice and 2 sunny side up eggs for breakfast in my case. Idk why but I still like it as well. 🤣 If I ever get bored, there's seasonings to change it up. 😁
Yum!
