Yes Typhoon is indeed Tugboat. His real name is Fred Ottman and he is also one of the most infamous gimmicks in WCW. He was The Shockmaster who had the most botched non-match debut in history. He wore a White Sparkle spray painted Stormtrooper mask during an interview segment and instead of crashing through the wall, he broke thru and tripped on the debris, causing his mask to fall off.
