Ya know come to think of it most people I've seen with great shoulders do isolate their front head. Dana Linn Bailey, Kevin Levrone, etc. For years I've listened to the notion that you don't need to and I wonder if my shoulder development would be further along if I had

@@johnmp1470 it depends on the gym. I'm sure that this is a special circumstance, considering that he is filming a video. Most gyms won't even allow you to do that.

Why do you do your presses last? Not a smart-ass comment. Curious if this is just choice, or if you have a scientific reason.
Using straps to swing the weights is weightlifting... using momentum you have no mind to muscle connection... you're an ego lifter going through the motion... high intensity is never high volume... you're doing cardio!
