1. Employee Information

2. Job Hazard Analysis
The Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) document outlines all hazards associated with the job. All items may not apply to your work.

3. Safe Work Practice & Safe Job Procedures
The Safe Work Practices (SWP) & Safe Job Procedures (SJP) document outlines company mandated actions to take to work safely with job hazards. All SWP/SJP may not apply to your work.

4. Company Policy
MGI’s Company Policy establishes the rules of conduct within our organization, outlining the responsibilities of us as an employer as well as our employees.

5. Health, Safety, and the Environment
Each project will have a safety board created for it. It will include important safety information and supplies such as the map to the closest hospital, emergency contact numbers, and eye wash.
6. Personal Protective Equipment
Project’s require certain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where other items (e.g., gloves) are task-specific.
7. Injury or Illness
Certain protocol must be followed when dealing with workplace injuries or illnesses.
8. Training
To be on-site, you must provide valid training credentials for: Working at Heights, Worker/Supervisor Awareness, Workplace Violence & Harassment, AODA, and WHMIS.
9. Rights & Responsibilities
You have the following rights as an employee: the right to know, the right to participate, and the right to refuse unsafe work.
