If only you could get to Siachen Glacier in Ladhak -40 to -70 degree centigrade, 100 miles an hr wind up there, 5,753 m (18,875 ft) above sea level. Blizzards last for not days but months. Snow can pile up many stories high, Now that be damn crazy and extreme. Fun fact Indian Army up there 365 days a year. Loved your video, every bit of it. Cheers!!

epic ride, the insta seems to be doing ok in the cold, i would never have thought about the batteries having issues, maybe macgyver a camera lead of the bike

@HelmetHead That's why I wouldn't go there, nor to China. I'd spend my whole time and money trying to help the animals.
Riding motorcycles up in Ladakh in this weather without hand guards and heated grips, you need to be careful, very soon you guys will not be laughing anymore ! Trust me, I have done it with all winter gear possible and still suffered, so wish you guys the best of luck and please be careful and do not be heroic, cos the Himalayas are know to be very unforgiving !
