Street Fighter II: Champion Edition, released as Street Fighter II Dash (stylized as Street Fighter II′ with a prime symbol) in Japan, is a fighting game released by Capcom in 1992. It was launched for arcades and converted to several video game consoles. It is the first of several updated versions of Street Fighter II, and part of the Street Fighter series. The main changes are the addition of the four grand masters (the final four computer-controlled opponents in the single-player mode) as playable characters and mirror matches. The fighting techniques of the eight main characters from the original game were further balanced for competitive play.
Champion Edition was followed several months later by Street Fighter II Turbo. - เกม

This was my favorite game at the time. Ken was my best character. I’ve seen many good Guile players, but never seen one this good with connected combos like this. Great skill!!!
I still remember, It was my first time playing this game and I selected Blanka. I wasn't even familiar with the controls. The best player at that time in my locality was a guy who was a guile player and he was a pro. I defeated him right away in consecutive rounds and the entire arcade game parlor went crazy as I was a lot younger than him and most of the people knew that I was a novice. I agree, I did it by fluke but those were the days!!
PS: He felt humiliated and challenged me again and he lost the first round when we were fighting the second time. Everyone was in shock. I felt like a king. However he bounced back winning the next two rounds with perfect score and my short lived hype was over within a minute. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
And in the end guile went home and became a family man. Lol

Every time our hero is getting smashed by an uppercut (Shoryuken or Tiger Uppercut), all I can hear is "WHATCHA JUMPIN' FOR, BOY?" and "DON'T JUMP!" in Smug's voice. Like...for real...stop jumping at a downed CPU opponent with an uppercut.

I love that I was able to call out that combo at 3:56. If you can't loop Sonic Booms, just do that one: Meaty jab Sonic Boom, jumping fierce, close fierce XX fierce Sonic Boom, stand fierce.

This guy definitely has his mid air slams/back break techniques down. I remember that be hard at times.
Whoever this guy is, he is seriously good at video games. Repeatedly hitting standing fierce into flash kick through slowdown takes a lot of time in the lab.

This version you are also able to map the “lite” version of any special moves to a button.
Just in case you're not seeing it, the CPS2 engine has a flaw that is being exploited. When using "rapid-fire" normal light attacks (light punches or kicks), you can chain from a crouching light to *any* standing attack or from a standing light attack to any crouching attack. That's why you're seeing chains from crouching light kick to close standing fierce. Many agree that this is the most broken version of Guile in existence...and that was before this flaw came to light.
His crouching MK got nerfed alot in the last 2 versions of SF2 (Super and Super Turbo).
@@EGuerrero-lk8zh Didn't it get nerfed after this version? I remember the two key nerfs from CE Guile to HF Guile being his crouch MK and more recovery frames on his Sonic Boom.
From what I remember, the CPS2 chip wasn't used until Super. This used the CPS1.

@timmellow1353 only has 2 special moves which can be hard to use. Lacks big combos, can be out fire ball'd by ken, ryu and Sagat.
